This home was close to everything. Restaurants, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and more. It was clean, beds and couches were comfortable. We will definitely come back.

great stay in page
We stayed here 4 nights. A short walk or drive to everything in Page. Check-in was easy, beds were comfortable and the internet was fast (wasn't working one morning and Albert was quick to respond and fix). Loved the patio in the afternoon!

Hear everything from upstairs tenants, landlord didn’t provide propane for shared amenities grill.
This is an older home and there was a party renting the upstairs unit while we were there and we could hear their footsteps and any other movement the whole time which caused us problems sleeping more than once. We had brought hamburgers and hotdogs because the property description stated that there was a grill in the backyard that was a shared amenity for the upstairs and downstairs rentals but the propane bottle was empty and when I asked the landlord about it via text message I was told that propane would be my responsibility which seems completely crazy since the grill is a shared item between the two rentals and in the property description it certainly states that the usage of the grill is included in the rental. I was not going to go fill a propane tank just so that we could grill hamburgers one night. Not cool. Upon check-in we noticed that there was a very strange smell in the unit particularly in the kitchen, we never really figured out what that was. The TV service is some kind of smart Internet TV system that did not allow us access to a lot of the regular channels without a subscription. Everything in the rental was clean and in good condition and the beds seemed relatively comfortable. No disposal in the kitchen.
This was the perfect location and size for our stay in Page, AZ. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a little chilly and windy on our arrival but the wall mounted heater in the living room warmed up the whole place very quickly. We visited Horseshoe Bend that evening - gorgeous ! We had hoped to do a kayaking trip to Antelope Canyon but the winds canceled that event. We hiked the Hoo Doo Trail outside Page instead - fun! Be sure to check out Big John's Texas BBQ in Page for a good and reasonably priced meal. On the way out of town towards Kanab, Utah we stopped and hiked the Wire Pass Trail which connects to Buckskin Gulch Trail (about an hours drive). This was a slot canyon similar to Antelope Canyon. Amazing and beautiful hike - we spent the whole afternoon there - highly recommend it.
Getting back to the Cozy Cottage - this is a great place to stay in Page. If you need more room you can rent the upstairs also. And Lake Powell is right there too for the warmer months.
Thank you for a lovely place to stay in Page.
