About this property

Come enjoy the magnificent Brigadune resort, situated on a peninsula and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean providing breathtaking ocean views. The Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. This condo features large oceanfront balconies with oversized sliding glass doors to enjoy the views from either inside or outside the condo, two queens, two twins and a sleeper sofa. This condo also has a Smart TV in the living area and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's, a real bonus. This fantastic high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas barbecue grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security, beautifully landscaped grounds and covered on-site parking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo. Guest will also have access to community pool, free parking, BBQ area and access to on site laundry facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

Condo at Myrtle

Location was great Furniture was very very old No cable for TV Only streaming in living room No TV in bedroom. Called the agent for help. Got no help. Would not go back.

Unhappy vacation

So many things wrong! Condo not ready in time, and we needed to get another condo that we never reviewed on line. It was 14D which really needed a good cleaning! When you first walked it the aesthetic and the view of the ocean was beautiful but when you got settling in you really noticed the unclean floors, carpets, walls need a good coat of paint! Just a good upgrade is needed. Tv didn’t work. Just an unsettling vacation from start to finish! Won’t return to this rental company!

Needs updating

We have stayed at Brigadune at least 10 times over the last 15 years and this was by far the least updated. I'm basing these comments on all my previous stays at Brigadune, our last being in 2020, in the room above this unit. Kitchen needs total update, cabinets are old, original and don't all close, refrigerator ice maker is slow, vertical blinds in the family room and bedroom are missing slats, allowing light in early in the morning. Couch is old and has holes in it from yearss of use. Missing weather stripping in the sliding door, they winds were high a few days and it was just blowing through that area. Hall bath was not draining well and had to use a plunger to get it to drain a few times. Slider door is very corroded on outside. Family room Tv screen has black shadow in the background which was noticeable when we were watching tv. Carpet had stains and walls could use paint. We love the building and location but I will not stay in this unit again unless an overall update is done.
