Come enjoy the magnificent Brigadune resort, situated on a peninsula and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean providing breathtaking ocean views. The Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. This condo features large oceanfront balconies with oversized sliding glass doors to enjoy the views from either inside or outside the condo, one king, two twins and a sleeper sofa. This fantastic high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), tennis courts, picnic area, gas barbecue grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security, beautifully landscaped grounds and covered on-site parking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo. Guest will also have access to community pool, free parking, BBQ area and access to on site laundry facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Not sure I’d go back

The condo itself was nice with a great view as described. It was not clean upon arrival and needed immediate attention. Housekeeping arrived promptly and cleaned. We were missing sheets on both twin beds and it took all day with several promises of delivery for sheets and they finally arrived at 7:00 pm. Housekeeping is definitely an issue with this property as other reviews indicating such. I had hoped with the reviews this would have changed. Not the case.

Dirty and old

I wish I could attach photos as proof of this honest review. The view and location are great. The condo itself is dated and dirty. We arrived and the unit had not been vacuumed or staged for our arrival. Kitchen chairs and stools all over. Food on floor in living room sticky to our feet. Wall air vent covered in dirt, master has king bed but the bedding doesn’t fit the bed. It was a Queen comforter, the bed was broken bc we looked under bc we saw stuff. The lamp shades were rusty and broke, bathroom missing light bulbs, can light falling out of ceiling and shower with lots of mold. The rental agency was very nice and sent a cleaning inspector who did her best to fix it. But we NEVER had internet the whole stay. The owner was notified but did nothing. No I would not stay in this unit again.

Great location-needs good cleaning-

Great location- needs good cleaning-old soap left by previous tenants and dirt smeared sliding glass doors. The fridge has something splattered all over the side of it which was disgusting. Lost wi-fi the first night. Did not have wi-fi in this unit the rest of our stay. The nightly rate is overpriced for this unit. We have stayed in this building before.
