Koorabin is one of two identical villas at Artisan. Its modern exterior harmoniously blends with the natural landscape, welcoming you into a haven of tranquillity. Upon entering, the spacious living area greets you with large windows that frame the picturesque lake views, with a comfortable lounge and a large wall-mounted TV. The reverse cycle air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature year-round, while the slow-combustion fireplace adds a cosy touch during cooler months.

A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
