Studio 9, Eagle Bay S

Studio 9 is a wonderful couples escape, nestled among beautiful gardens and pristine native bushland, with sweeping views of picture-perfect Eagle Bay. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach, this studio couldn't be more perfectly positioned for an indulgent couples' holiday. Freshly renovated in stunning white washed beach styling, you will fall in love with the interiors before stepping onto the balcony and being blown away by the breathtaking vista.

Set on 2 levels, the studio has a well equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, coffee plunger, toaster, blender, small stove and grill. The stunning light-filled bedroom with queen bed has fresh linen, and air conditioning and ceiling fan for your comfort. Also on the ground level is the bathroom with bath, shower and vanity, with a separate toilet.

Upstairs is a fantastic open lounge area with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and wonderfully comfortable lounges to sit back and watch a movie or hunker down with a good book. The upstairs living area opens onto a large deck with outdoor dining and BBQ, which will become one of your favourite places to relax. Sun-drenched windows add to the happy, summery feel and will make you want to run down to the beach for a swim as soon as you arrive, or grab a deck chair and enjoy watching the world (or whales) go by.

Please note that Studio 9 shares the property with the owners residence but has been carefully designed to give each their own entrance and privacy.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.

You will love this place if you like views over Eagle Bay, watching the sunset from the balcony and sleeping in a really comfy bed!It was perfect for our weekend away. One thing to let you know , if you love cooking it’s not the place for you as there is no kitchen. Various appliances that allow you to cook something but took a bit of working out.

Serenity and a private oasis

Studio 9 is a perfect retreat for a couple. We loved the design of the interiors and the views of the beach were spectacular from the balcony and even glimpses from the bed! The king size bed was super comfortable and nice linen everywhere. Kitchen had most things although a few more basic cooking condiments would be handy - such as oil, jam, honey etc. The sofas upstairs were super comfortable and the outdoor deck was perfect for breakfast and soaking up the sun. We will definitely be back as this property and the region are so special to us.

Beautiful location

Studio 9 in Eagle Bay is a beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, generously sized free standing studio on 2 levels. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked ourselves for all meals as we wanted to take advantage of this gorgeous spot!! Perched up on a hill, gives it amazing views of the bay from the upper deck and it’s an easy walk or drive to the beach (one of the best in the region). The cape to cape walking trail is very easy to get to and we were lucky to see whales on our hike. It was a beautiful, peaceful, romantic weekend away for my partner & me.. Many thanks to our unobtrusive hosts and their lovely dog who came to say hi but didn’t bother us at all!!

Absolutely stunning studio apartment

Studio 9 was sooo beautiful and the rooftop deck with an unobstructed view to the beach was absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed in the apartment and enjoyed popping down to the beach and listening to the waves. A huge shout out to Ali who answered all my questions immediately and who went out of her way to plan a personalised itinerary for my husband and I with local wineries, breweries and places to go. I've not experienced such care or service, it's amazing and greatly appreciated. We'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

What more would you want?

So much character, cute, comfortable and cosy, the photo’s don’t do it justice and the view WOW. This is not just a summer escape, we sat for hours just watching the winter weather roll in, listening to the sounds of the ocean. Studio 9 delivers all that was expected and more. Attention to the little details to make your stay extra special. Peaceful, calm and quiet. Short drive to the most amazing beaches, winery’s, pubs and town. Walk and explore the bush land, rocks and never ending breathtaking beaches. We loved it. 🌊

What a view

We really enjoyed our litle getaway to the studio. The location was great, not too far from the beach, though a big hill to walk up on return. The studio was decorated in a beachy theme which we really liked. The upstairs loungeroom was great, though very hot until the sea breeze came in. The kitchen was stocked well and we had enough utensils etc. Possibly one criticism is that we had to wash a few things before we used them, previous guests may have not liked the tiny sink in the kitchen and it did make washing the dishes tricky. These were minor grievances however, we really enjoyed the space, the view and the location.

Great weekend away

A great weekend away in this fantastic accommodation. The location is completely stunning, fabulous views and within walking distance of the beaches at Eagle Bay. The accommodation was perfect for the 2 of us, very comfy with everything we needed for our stay and some lovely extras included. Very clean, great communication and would highly recommend.
