About this property

One of the best values on the beach, these individual cottages are raised beach homes with parking underneath for convenience. The Guest Cottages come with all the conveniences of home including a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer in every unit. This condo can sleep 7 with two queens, a double and a twin’s bed. Swim in your choice of several pools or take a short walk to the oceanfront. Wi-Fi is a real plus.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire home as well as community pool.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Guest Interaction:
Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

Other Things to Note:
-Must be 25 years of age to rent.
-NO PETS ALLOWED.
-NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED.
-No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
-We provide the initial set up of towels, linens and amenities for your stay. A full set of pots, pans and dishes are provided for the room capacity. We recommend bringing pool/beach towels and any specialty cooking tools you may need.
-Unit is individually owned and managed by Beach Vacation Condos; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Long time North MB Vacationer

Honestly, got what we paid for. I've stayed in numerous North MB Guest Cottages since i was 13. Knew this one wasn't top of the line but that was fine. However, bathroom door was separated from frame between daughters' and son's bathroom which made privacy an issue. Reported, but not fixed while we were there. Overall, great vacation, fantastic location, and i would stay again.
