Sleeper sofa, Wonderful back deck with. 1st floor condo. Beautiful Myrtle Beach 2 bd/2ba condo located on the 1st floor. Less than 3 min walk to the beach. 2 pools right around the corner from your front door. Master & Guest room with Roku Wifi TV. Samsung TV in living room. Linens & towels provided. Keurig pod & drip coffee maker, stackable washer & dryer and stocked kitchen. Walking distance to Ocean Annie’s!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 10 am.
-Empty the fridge of your personal items
-Put dishes in dishwasher and start.
-Leave all towels in bathroom and leave sheets on bed (no need to take them off)
-Take a last walk around the condo to ensure you have not forgotten anything (in closets, drawers & under the beds.
Please take all garbage to the dumpster.
