We recently updated the unit with fresh paint,new LVP flooring, living room furniture, beds, and lighting. We fell in love with this condo the moment we walked in! The ocean views are amazing from our Private Balcony on the 23rd floor. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 23 floor of Royale Palms, next to Hilton Myrtle Beach. It has generous living space that is a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation or exceptional work environment.

For our guests who like to play and explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Well kept property in a great location

The property is in an excellent location. It is right on the beach yet minutes from a 24 hr CVS and many retail and restaurant locations. It is also conveniently connected to a Hilton Hotel. The rooms were spacious and well kept. Any questions or concerns were responded to in a reasonably short period of time. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Wonderful Myrtle Beach Getaway

This unit has a well-planned design with a central living area with access to the porch from the living room and each bedroom. There is lovely flooring throughout with nice area rugs. The amenities are very comfortable from the seating in the living room, to the beds, to the extra soft towels in the bathrooms. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each day. We truly hope to visit this wonderful Myrtle Beach getaway again soon.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo is great! Very spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Location is safe , easily accessible and close to area attractions. Chanda was amazing to work with and was extremely responsive. My son and mother-in-law both said it’s the fanciest place they’ve ever stayed in. The location cannot be beat, and inside the condo is every possible amenity. The total package! We were very sad to leave, but we will most assuredly be back.

Awesome condo: Washer and dryer. AMAZING views of the ocean and sunrise. My family enjoyed staying here. Not far from all the stores. The bedrooms are huge, and yet are spaced out to give privacy from each other. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, appliances, dishware - everything we needed. I booked via B2Vacations and will likely choose Chanda and Navin properties again.

Ideal 4th of July Weekend!

This place was everything promised and more. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Access to the 3 pools was great and we we’re right on the beach. Had no idea they blew off fireworks right on the beach which was awesome. The views at night were stunning, looked like the Vegas strip, also had a great view of the ocean in the moonlight. The owner Chandra was very responsive and offered suggestions on what to do and see. We loved this place and will definitely stay again. 6 stars!

Outstanding property, owners, and property manager.

Beautiful, extremely clean, and outstanding view. Renting experience was outstanding. Very organized and everything laid out in rental process extremely well. We’ve had previous experiences that didn’t meet our expectations. This rental far exceeded our expectations (even though our expectation was high beforehand). You can tell the owners treat this unit like they or their family live in it. We plan on being repeat customers.

Beach get-a-way

The unit we stay in had just been updated with new flooring and furniture. The unit manager was easy to work and responsive. We had a problem with one of the TV's that was addressed in a timely manner. We have never been disappointed in working with Chanda or B2Vactions. We would not hesitate to us B2Vaction and we look forward to our next visit.

Property and unit were nice and clean. Only improvement is the leather on the sofa is completely worn and chair ottoman has a large stain. Obviously they are expensive pieces of furniture, but should consider reupholsterinfor replacing.

Home Away from Home

Took our teenagers to the beach for a couple of days. This location was perfect and the condo was very clean. The owners have provided some extra essentials like coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc. which was very convenient! The area is not too crowded so it was fairly easy to social distance on the beach and at the pool. Also, all personnel were wearing masks. One minor note, they were repairing some deck boards while we were there and had to take a SLIGHTLY longer path to get to the beach. It was not a big deal at all to us but if you are heading out with small kids and a lot of equipment, you may want to use a beach cart. Overall, very nice stay. Would recommend.

Wonderful!

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. We particularly like having access to the balcony with it's beautiful views from both bedrooms and the main living area. The condo had a well stocked kitchen, full size dining room table, washer and dryer and was as pictured in the photos. This building has full access to the hilton pools and cabana which many of the other units we considered at Kingston Plantation did not. It was helpful to have indoor access to the hilton during a thunderstorm. Two beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys were provided in the condo. The owner/manager was very responsive regarding questions leading up to our stay and had welcome snacks for us when we checked in. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Why they chose this property

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and we all enjoy the awesome sunsets covering the ocean.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
