About this property

Conveniently located along Lake Arrowhead Road, Arcadian Dunes offers this affordable two bedroom with two king beds sofa which can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Outdoor swimming pools are a plus not to mention an outdoor charcoal area, tennis courts, playground and "Harry the Hat" Bar and Grill. Each condo has a washer dryer for your added convenience. Arcadian Dunes is located across the street from the blue Atlantic Ocean with public access and bath house. Families and friends’ vacation at Arcadian Dunes year after year, sharing wonderful memories and making new ones.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire condo as well as community pool and on-site BBQ area.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Guest Interaction:
Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

-No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
-We provide the initial set up of towels, linens and amenities for your stay. A full set of pots, pans and dishes are provided for the room capacity. We recommend bringing pool/beach towels and any specialty cooking tools you may need.
-Unit is individually owned and managed by Beach Vacation Condos; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Minor issues

1. No Tv/Internet. The owner of the condo hadn't renewed service. Called several times the beach vacation front desk to alert them of the issues. I even showed a picture to one of the front desk workers the second day. The responds was to have them look into it and then say that they would put in a maintenance request to have someone come and look at it. It never occurred, so after the third day and five phone calls and a personal visit, I gave up. Next issue. Condo had just received some renovations. A pile of renovation material was located on top of the washer of the washer/dryer unit. I moved all the equipment and pieces into a closet next to the kitchen. Some materials were also located in the washer. Final issue. Lights. The exterior lights were not working. A couple of interior lights were not working also. Just probably needed new bulbs. Hopefully, this helps out. Thanks, Mr. Alton

Needs some work

I have stayed in various units at this complex many times. This one needs some work. Faucet problems, key and lock problems, and wrong size linens on the bed. Was surprised that since it was the start of the vacation season things were not in better condition.
