Wi-Fi with NBN connection, smart TV, aircon, heating, and basic toiletries all provided. Pets welcome, bed linen and towels provided.
THE PROPERTY:
* The property is comprised of a 3 bedroom house that sleeps up to 10 comfortably, with off street parking
* The house itself is set back from the road and is elevated, giving you complete privacy. Minutes from everything, you won’t need your car once you’re there
* There is a large central bathroom, and separate, hot outdoor shower to rinse off sand on the way back from the beach.
* The beach is a very easy 3 minute walk, with Woolworths, cafes and restaurants conveniently located at the end of the street.
*The house is fully equipped with everything we have been able to think of, including basic pantry staples, a bbq, board games, books, wifi, and basic toiletries including sunscreen.
* There is a full kitchen, with indoor and outdoor dining areas set up for year round comfort, and a separate laundry downstairs with washer and dryer.
* We provide towels and linen. We do not provide beach towels, and our towels are not to be removed from the property.
* We are happy to put you in touch with local suppliers for transport to wineries, bike rental, tours, etc.
* Please note that there is also a fully self contained 1 bedroom apartment below the main house, with separate entrance (via shared driveway), and separately fenced off yard. We use this ourselves from time to time, including when we have guests staying in the main house. We do not rent this out to third parties, so you’ll never be staying at the property at the same time as other short stay guests.
PETS
* Well behaved cats and dogs are welcome.
* Yards at the front and rear are securely fenced.
* Dogs must be kept outside during the day. Dogs may sleep in the bathroom or kitchen overnight, but must be kept out of the living room and bedrooms, and off furniture and beds at all times. Dogs must not be allowed to bark outside overnight.
* Mornington Peninsula Shire operates a 24 hour a day cat curfew. Cats must be confined to the kitchen and/or bathroom at all times and are not permitted on the furniture or in bedrooms.
* We do not provide any equipment such as bedding, bowls, kennels, litter trays etc.
* You must clean up thoroughly after your pets, including all excrement. Extra cleaning/ repair fees may apply if these requirements are not adhered to and, for example, it is necessary for furniture to be cleaned or repaired due to contact with your pets, or repairs undertaken to our garden.

To ensure compliance with the Mornington Peninsula Shire's code of conduct for short stay accomodation, we prefer mature adults or family groups. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
* Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with any COVID-19 restrictions in force in Victoria at the time of their stay, including number of people permitted in a home and any requirements for those in attendance to be fully vaccinated.
* Upon request, guests must provide copies of a government issued drivers' licence or passport at least 14 days prior to check in.
