Fine place but a bit noisy.

The property was clean and well-maintained. Only problem was the fact that it was a bit noisy upstairs. You can clearly hear people walking around and the TV going. If you want total quiet you might want to check with a different property. Everything else was great.

Great property for a weekend in Winston-Salem

This apartment worked very well for us when we visited for a family wedding. It was no more than 15 minutes drive to all of the wedding festivities and other family get togethers in downtown W-S to Graylin Estate. Perfect size for us with a full bed + sleeper sofa, large bathroom and sizeable kitchen. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Great Location

The host was very accommodating and was accurate about the location. My daughter and I stayed there for her lacrosse tournament and it was close to the fields and restaurants.

Great location w/basic amenities

Great find. Parking near entrance helps with unloading. White noise machine was a nice touch. Glad apt was stocked with coffee, tea, and toiletries that may be needed.

We adore our home and are constantly updating, and doing things to improve it as well as our garden apartment. Hosting guests is such an incredible privilege and we never take for granted that people could choose to stay anywhere, yet for a short (or longer period of time) choose to stay in our little gem.

The space is incredibly private. The shower is huge and fabulous. The ambiance is very comfortable and relaxing though a modern/industrial vibe. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and ready for cooking or baking.
