Welcome to our modern oasis! We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet and keyless entry. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room in the garage comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Our backyard allows you to enjoy the Sunny Las Vegas.
10 minutes from Strip and Airport
We provide 6 parking spaces on the property. 2 Inside the garage.
While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests as follows:
