About this property

Lakeview cabin with lovely quick walk to the lake and dock. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the water running over the dam. Screened in porch to enjoy a lazy afternoon, or a lovely evening listening to the loons. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen-size bed and 1 full size (bunk style) and a twin size bed.

Fully equipped kitchen, with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, toaster, drip coffee maker (or Keurig on request), sugar, and creamer. 1 roll of paper towels. Full bath stand up shower. All linens and towels are provided. 1 bath and 1 washcloth per guest. Bath soap and starter shampoo/conditioner included. Hairdryer. Toilet paper. Gas fire place and monitor heater. The private outside area has charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs. There is a large lawn area behind this cabin for family gatherings, outside play or just relaxing and enjoying the serenity. There is a kids play area with swing set, tether ball, Jenga, horseshoes, and more. We have a large DVD library for guests on those rainy days.
We are only minutes to the downtown area for shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars, and everything else the region has to offer.
Whether you are here to relax, or get out there and go hiking, paddling, riding ATVs or snowmobiles, skiing, snowshoeing, we are in the center of it all while maintaining a quiet property to just relax and unwind, this is the property for you.

Great little gem on the lake!

Cozy small cottage right beside the pond. Very tidy with everything we needed. Rooms were on the small side and bathroom was tiny but for just us two it was great!

We manage and maintain every aspect of our properties and take great pride in providing an excellent experience for our guests.

Why they chose this property

Our main property sits on scenic Wilson Pond. This "lake" is a hidden gem. We had never heard of Wilson Pond when we were searching for property in the Moosehead Region, but were surprised and delighted when we found this property. It is only minutes to the heart of downtown Greenville and all the area has to offer for restaurants and shopping, but once you are on property, you would think you were much further away. The peace and quiet we enjoy here is just what people are looking for when they come to our region, but in the heart of all the region has to offer. Direct access to ATV trails and snowmobile trails. Only minutes to multiple hiking trails, (including the Appalachian Trail), snowshoe trails, biking trails, etc.

The close proximity to the heart of Greenville, while still offering the tranquility of lakeside cabins. The owners live on the main property, so are available for guests to help make their stay more enjoyable. We mange and maintain all of our properties, both onsite and offsite cabins. If there is ever a question or concern, you have direct access to the owners or their family members to help. We take great pride in our properties and the enjoyment of our guests.
