Great apartment; close to the French Quarter!
Very spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need to enjoy your time in New Orleans. Yes there is some noise from the street cars but they pass by pretty quickly. You can hear them in the bedroom if you’re awake but they never woke us up. They run much less at night. Try to park in the garage across the street as it is much cheaper than parking behind the building overnight. Great apartment with great hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was in a great location, easily walkable to the French Quarter and good restaurants. There was a parking garage across the street for $25 a day. We were a little disappointed because we booked a king bed but it was a Queen when we arrived. Just know: it’s a Queen! The trolley was outside, but it didn’t bother us. My husband uses a white noise machine that is travel size and we never heard the trolley at all. There are blackout curtains on the bedroom door and that keeps the room nice and dark. The place looks like the pictures, so no surprises.

Great property ~ super location. When you walk in, you feel like you are in a well designed home (furniture picked out for the space not leftover items found in an attic to fill the space, gorgeous artwork). It has such a great flow/vibe with the modern layout in a wonderful old building space (brick wall, high ceilings). Very charming! We only used the kitchen to boil water for tea, but there are plenty of dishes/utensils and a great island bar or dining table. New appliances! The communication with the property manager was done via email, and was concise and timely. We appreciated the blackout shade on door to bedroom. This stopped the light from coming through from the front room, and I imagine helps with a bit of noise reduction from the street. The trolly cars were a bit loud, but they pass quickly and heck, they are right out the front door for a quick trip to Canal St. Besides being very nicely located, the unit was clean and well maintained. One drawback was that the listing said that it was a King bed (my one search criteria when looking for a property to stay at), and it was a Queen. If you are dead tired from exploring the City, stop in at Olive (restaurant located just downstairs). Nice Mediterranean cuisine.
