Hidden Gem

It’s is perfect! You will not be disappointed! Most of vacation rentals are great for vacation but I could totally live here! The location is perfect-close to the excitement without the crowds and noise. Will definitely be returning!

Great Condo Near Everything

We had a great stay in NOLA! The condo is in a perfect location. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the rooftop deck.

Fun Visit to NOLA

Made a short but fun trip to NOLA to see the area. Great communication with the host throughout the stay. Check in was easy. Property was what I had expected from the reviews. Clean, nice, well stocked, and comfy! Pretty much walking distance for us on everything we wanted to do. Did take an Uber one day to the National WW 2 museum, it was cheap! Very nice well-kept property and I would stay here on a return visit. You won't go wrong staying here!

Birthday Getaway!!

We had a wonderful stay in Eric’s condo. We have previously stayed in his units 3 times before. It was conveniently located to Canal and Bourbon! Eric is also quick to respond with questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!!!

Jazzfest 2024

The place is lovely. The pictures are spot on and everything is as described. The location is walking distance from great restaurants and the shuttle stop for those going to Jazzfest. Eric was great about answering questions and making our stay wonderful, I would happily return to this condo.

It is all about Location and Comfort

Very well located in the French Quarter with easy walking distance to all areas in town. A plethora of excursions and tours available to introduce you to the history and foods of New Orleans. After walking about settle into the comfort of this condo that is both well-appointed and feels like home away. From relaxing watching Football and Nascar to enjoying the outdoor poach, this was an excellent choice to meet our goal of enjoying New Orleans with a Great Location. Eric was very responsive with questions we had and check in seamless when we arrived. If you have not experienced New Orleans or are returning to see more, this property is highly recommended as a relaxing and comfortable home base for your visit. Thank you Eric, this is on our list of places to return to.

Fabulous Time in NOLA!

Loved this condo! Spacious and very comfortable. Everything that you need was there in the kitchen and bathrooms and of good quality. The location was perfect! Easy walk to French Quarter, restaurants and grocery store. We bought a Jazzy pass to visit the Garden district and took ferry to Algiers Point where we discovered a great taco stand. Saw a show at Saegar theatre, Oak Ally plantation and WW11 museum. So much to see and do and this condo is a great place to do it from. Eric, our host was wonderful! Slight problem with the tv and he was right there to fix it. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely visit again.

LOVED

This property was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t have been happier. I surprised my husband with this trip and solely picked it based on the deck. Eric was THE BEST. He was so responsive from day 1. Even helping me book the property. I give everything about our stay five stars. However I gave 4 because of some cleanliness aspects. We arrived early and Eric offered to let us drop off our bags. We ended up meeting the house keeper as we had left the bags in the closet, and actually really enjoyed our time speaking with her. However, when we returned we were a little surprised. There were still cleaning bottles out in the guest bath that I put away. The bathrooms still had a film on the counters, almost like when hairspray has been sprayed a lot. As we used glasses throughout we found multiple with lip marks still on them/ dirty dishes. On our last day I did laundry and found wet towels still in the washing machine. Besides that we absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect and left us in walking distance to everything.

Great Condo, Great Location

The condo is clean, quiet, well appointed, great art, excellent location and has a deck which we spent a lot of time on. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street, everything is within walking distance. We had a blast and have reserved dates for next year.Only suggestions are:1. Time for some new pillows on the bed.2. Directions for building entry code should include the # button

Terrific!

This property was really terrific for us! We were in NOLA for Mardi Gras, and this property is located two blocks from the main parade route! Additionally, the large kitchen pantry had camp chairs and a cooler, perfect for staking out your parade spots. The Mediterranean restaurant, Olive, was next door ... while not New Orleans standard fare, it gave us a nice change from jambalaya, beans and rice, fried catfish, po' boys! The property was beautifully decorated with local art. The TV was great and the sound bar for the TV exceptional. A fully functional kitchen gave us a good spot for making our own breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location close to French Quarter

Home was as shown in pictures and very comfortable. Porch is accessed through the window. The hot water is very limited, plan on quick showers. We had a great stay!

Absolutely perfect

Spotless perfectly located and equipped condo with premium outdoor space. 2 full baths really make this place very comfortable for 2-4 people. Eric was VERY responsive when we had a keypad / entry issue. Highly recommend this comfortable home in NOLA

Clean, convenient, spacious

It was a great condo to spend a week exploring New Orleans. Eric's instructions to check in/out were seamless. The location was superb, within walking distance of many local attractions, restaurants, and all the fun. We especially enjoyed the patio/deck outside for some fresh air and a glass of wine after a long day exploring the city. 10/10 would stay here again.
