Modern Marvel 2 blocks from French Quarter & Frenchmen
The Apartment is located in the picturesque Marigny Triangle, 2 blocks from the French Quarter, 1 block from Frenchmen St., and 2 blocks from the streetcar. The building was recently converted from a warehouse used to make Mardi Gras floats into a modern marvel by its Architect owners. It features private parking, a private patio, a community courtyard, security cameras, keypad locks, 13-foot ceilings, hotel-brand mattresses & multiple coffee makers.
One parking spot in our driveway is available only for cars of a specific size (see House Rules for parking details and more). If your car does not fit, there should be plenty of street parking with a permit we can offer but must be coordinated before arrival.
Apartment 101 (on the first floor) is 1,300 SF of unique, modern space that includes high ceilings and a spacious living room with a wall-mounted, smart TV and Daybed, an open concept kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for six. Master bedroom with new King size bed and smart TV, a 2nd separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and smart TV, and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms are completely private, accessed from a hallway and not through other bedrooms like many houses in NOLA! A beautiful, private patio with string lights overhead makes it a quaint space to relax.
We, the hosts, are husband (from Louisiana) and wife (from Puerto Rico), Architects who designed, built, and live at our property in which we rent out 3 STR units. In 2021 we were awarded by AirB&B "The Most Hospitable Hosts in Louisiana", as determined by guest reviews over 1 year, and given to only one host in each state. We truly enjoy welcoming guests and sharing our special home, and we will do our best to make sure our guests have a memorable stay.

This was a great house in walking distance to Bourbon St. and French Quarter. Located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of localbars and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice patio in the back. Host provides many essentials for convenience. Highly recommend.
This place is great! It had everything we needed for our stay in New Orleans. The location was perfect to walk to everything we wanted to. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.
The hosts were proactive with communication and were invested in our having a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to jazz clubs on Frenchmen St, the French Quarter and the French Market. The unit was clean, well stocked and felt secure with a locked courtyard. My only suggestion is that it could use some artwork on the walls. It has a stark and industrial feel.
Modern Marvel was fantastic. The location was perfect! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there are so many wonderful restaurants and of course the French Quarter. The nightlife on Frenchmen St is a short walk away. The airB&B is beautiful. The beds were really comfortable and the amenities plentiful. We would definitely stay there whenever we return to New Orleans!

We had a great stay (family with two teens). The home was clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. Location was perfect - we walked a lot - the French quarter and Frenchmen street both easily reached from the home. We also walked to the street car. The property was very nice, clean, & just as described, especially with it's location, most of other neighborhoods within walking distance , & private parking. The hosts were very hospitable, helpful, & responsive, & reached out themselves to check if we needed anything. I would highly recommend.
Property was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable , plenty of towels and other items in the bath.Kitchen was well stocked with a nice surprise snack basket.Most impressively the hosts were always available if you have questions.You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay at this property As stated in their listing parking is limited as in most large cities , after the first day we took Uber where we wanted to go as parking can be expensive in New Orleans.

I almost don't want to tell you how nice this rental was. I want to keep it all to myself! It was the best place we've stated in New Orleans, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, walking distance to French Quarter and off road parking for our small car! We loved it. Had a great time. Would book again!
