A great property in a quiet neighborhood! When not exploring downtown NOLA, it was great to wander the streets of the garden district. Close to a great coffee shop (PJ’s) and too close to a fantastic lunch destination (Turkey and the Wolf).
Extremely thankful for a garage and driveway in which to park. The house was super clean and well stocked and in a great location. Walking distance to Magazine Street for food and shopping. Just a five-minute drive to Commander's Palace and a two-minute drive to Walmart if needed. Our beds were comfortable, and we never ran out of hot water with four adults taking showers. We enjoyed the private backyard patio but also sitting on the front porch watching the crazy traffic and people go by. We highly recommend!
What a great place to stay. We were walking distance to so many bars, restaurants, music venues, and coffee houses. We loved walking in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.
The property is just as described. Its beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It is the best location. Close to everything. I would definitively stay again.
We all enjoyed it
One of our group had a broken leg and we were challenged just a little
Everyone agreed that tables were needed for suitcases and accessories
Nice and clean. Well suited for 4 adults. Easy to communicate with management.
No flexibility with check in and check out times. A quick walk to Magazine St. Enjoy!

We had a great stay. The property was clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything necessary to prepare meals. The location was perfect for our itinerary, which included easy access to the WWII museum and the French Quarter. We brought our bicycles to bike the Tammany Trace, so the garage was particularly appreciated and accommodated our SUV with bike rake nicely. Being within walking distance of Magazine Street was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property, which very comfortably accommodates 2 couples with 2 King beds. The office area with extra twin bed adds flexibility. One issue was no network or subscription TV access, although we were able to use AirPlay on the TV in the Living Room. TV in upstairs bedroom would not reliably remain connected to the internet to allow AirPlay use. Again, not a big deal for our enjoyment. On our next visit to NOLA this property will be our first choice if available.

Thank you for staying with us and we will definitely look at the upstairs tv and see what is causing it to lose connection. We hope to host you again!
The property was in a great location to Magazine Street and St Charles Ave. We had a rental car so we loved the convenience of having a garage. Please use it so you don’t inconvenience the neighbors who own next door. Breanna checked in with my daughter and I to make sure everything was good. The beds were good.

This property is in the perfect location! Two blocks from the Hop on Hop off at stop 11 in the Garden district. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Garden district. It is an easy drive to the French Quarter. We had a blast! The house was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed. The garage to park the car in was an added bonus! We did not have to worry about finding a parking spot. I would definitely recommend this home to others!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review and so glad you enjoyed the home!
Our long goodbye weekend as we moved our youngest to college was enhanced by our stay at this property. Besides authentic bayou balcony entry, a gated patio at back offered outdoor semi-private retreat. Multiple sleeping options, upstairs and downstairs, gave us room to keep separate schedules, and we could let the family dog roam beyond crate confinement by blocking the stairwell while we were out.
We found four excellent restaurants within four blocks, three on Magazine Street and another on Jackson, and enjoyed the 8-10 block walk to the St. Charles streetcar line that delivered us to the French Quarter.
Kickback management allowed us late checkout for a nominal fee (which may not have even been charged) when dorm move-in delayed us. The single setback in our stay was the fact that our RAM 1500 would not fit in the garage, but we unloaded the dorm contents to the space and parked in the driveway.
Thanks for making our send-off superb!

So glad you enjoyed! Thanks for taking the time to leave such a thorough review and for staying with Kickback Properties
We absolutely enjoyed our stay, so much we had to extend a day! The house itself had everything you would need! The beds were comfortable. There were televisions in the big rooms which was nice in the evenings. We brought our own pack and play for our baby, but discovered there was one in the closet, very thoughtful. They even provided laundry pods and we were able to do a load of laundry which came in handy traveling with a baby. We didnt make use of the kitchen because there were so many dining options a short walk away. However, the kitchen was stocked nicely if we had decided to cook. There was even a variety of coffee to chose from in the cupboard. We traveled with our infant son and dog, and enjoyed our evening walks in the neighborhood. We found a cute Aligator museum just 5 min away. We loved that we were able to park our vehicle in the garage. There were always ubers in the area when we needed them. We kept our car parked in the garage and ubered to the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again! The property managers were easy to contact and they responded promptly.

Thanks for staying with us and we hope to host you again!
My wife and I used to live in New Orleans and were returning for a school reunion. We're familiar with the neighborhoods and were happy to see an option in this part of town.
Overall, the rental worked well. There were two caveats, one of which was addressed promptly. The hosts listed a pack and play (basically a portable baby crib) on site, and I emailed to confirm this was available prior to our arrival. After arriving, there was no pack and play, so I contacted the hosts. It was frustrating because our daughter missed her nap, but they provided a pack and play within the hour.
The garage door was broken which made parking our rental car challenging, but we were able to get it open and closed. That was not fixed prior to our departure but I'm hopeful the hosts will have it addressed soon.
Overall, the home was clean and generally convenient. The hosts were very responsive to messages and addressed problems quickly. We would be happy to return in the future.
