Everything was wonderful from the communication to the amenities! Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions and short Uber ride to downtown.
Very comfortable and spacious 3BR home with great back yard for bbq/gatherings and dog friendly. Only a few blocks from St Charles and walking distance to French Quarter, Magazine St, Canal. Nice kitchen with newer amenities.
We had an excellent stay for a girls’ trip. Great house with an excellent location, short walk to the Uptown parade route. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Wow! What a beautiful house. Absolutely lovely. Big, bright and super comfortable. Great experience for the first time in New Orleans. Also, excellent bbq a five minute walk away. Bonus!
Stayed here with my bridesmaids during our wedding weekend and couldn't have had a better stay. Perfect for big groups.

Thanks for the great review Stephanie. Congratulations on your wedding!!! Please come stay with us at one of our Summit NOLA properties for your anniversary!
This was a great house for our family of six adults to stay for Christmas 2025. Quaint and traditional looking from the outside, it is modern and updated inside. The house was clean and spacious. Three king beds and two and a half baths was ideal for us. Not the best neighborhood but we felt completely safe. Close to highway but we rarely heard it. Three block walk to St Charles street trolley stop will get you to the French Quarter with ease. Seventeen minute walk to WWII museum.
Property was nice and well kept. Felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The only complaint would be the trash in front of the house but it is out of the homeowners control. Everything was really nice. We will definitely book this property again.
The house worked out well for 3 families, one with 2-1/2 year old. Three bedrooms, all with king size beds and a port-a-crib was perfect for our stay. The house is newer located in a transitional neighborhood where renovations and new construction is taking place. Many areas were walkable along with the trolly being a couple of blocks away. The house was clean with modern amenities.
Our group of 6 (3 couples) stayed for labor day weekend and had a great experience. Property was better than expected- very nice rooms, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Excellent home to gather and spend time together. We went to the FSU v. LSU game at the super dome and it was definitely walkable. Go Noles! Easy to get Ubers and go to wherever else we needed. Communication with host was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this place to someone looking for a house experience! There is a nice dedicated parking space that is great- *note that Road is under construction and when it rains it gets really muddy- so pack accordingly (rain boots). Recommend eating at Lula’s and Jack Rose!
We booked the house for a friends reunion and it was the perfect NOLA spot. Really spacious and conveniently located, and the communication with the property manager was very easy. There was construction on the road that meant you couldn't drive down the block, which was a surprise when we got there, but it didn't impact our stay since we didn't have a car with us. Would definitely stay there again with a big group!
Convenient location to the French quarter and other attractions
We enjoyed exploring New Orleans during our week stay. There was terrific food, an Easter parade, a fancy tea party at the Windsor hotel, trips to the zoo and aquarium, ghost and bayou tours. We had a packed fun filled week! Tammy
The Clio property was exactly what we were looking for. Came to New Orleans to visit our brother. There was enough room for two couples, our 2yo, and him to sleep comfortably. The first floor kitchen/dining/living room had enough seating for everyone to eat and hang out together. The backyard was great for running around with our little one.
Kitchen is well-stocked. Bathrooms were modern and spotless, with plenty of towels. Beds and pillows very comfortable.
Rated 5/5. Only drawback was that I didn’t feel safe leaving the property on my own to go for a run, but that is likely more on me: unfamiliar territory. Would recommend this house for anyone visiting New Orleans.
6 adults in NOLA for wedding, frequent short term renters.
Well maintained and clean. Is as pictures present.
Everything in working order, plentiful supplies in kitchen and throughout (though no recycling we could find), lots of room, comfy beds, nice baths.
Back yard very comfortable, we used it a lot (record temps for Dec)
Easy walking distance to so much fun! Felt safe even at late night, though we were dominantly travelling in pack of 4-6 and we have lived here and have travelled here often and knew where we were going (and where not to go).
Zero issues with communication, checkin/out, etc
This is a winner, definitely recommend, would rent again if looking in this part of town.
The house was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice how beautifully decorated and comfortable the house and bedrooms are. It’s always a good sign when your group walks in the door and says “can we stay here forever?” I will absolutely book this house again for my next trip.
Communication from the host was very detailed and we never needed them for any issues.
Convenient location, but did choose to take a quick Uber ride most places. Can walk to St. Charles and restaurants on Magazine. We felt safe the whole time.
Highly recommend

Wonderful Stay
Perfect home base for Jazz Fest weekend! Plenty of room to spread out with top amenities. Enjoyed back yard in the mornings but were out and about in evenings. 20 min walk to French Quarter and great central location to everywhere with car. Very quiet and comfortable, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house but house is in a transition area
Staying in the house for 5 days while attending a conference with 2 co-workers. The house was perfect - kitchen, bedrooms, AC were all very good. Pretty quiet at night being near the highway but a small amount of noise. Only two small comments/concerns - 1) Driveway was very narrow so parked in the street. This was never an issue. Always a spot in front of the house and 2) Area is pretty good but did feel a little unsafe at times.

beautiful property
3 couples shared this spacious space, close to public transportation and good restaurants. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars are minor: broken corkscrew (:)); weather was wet but there was no place to hang jackets except on barstools; master bedroom bed was comfortable but tended to roll toward middle; secondary bedrooms lacked dressers. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and the owner was prompt replying to our requests.

Perfect place to stay in New Orleans!
We had a group of three couples and this house was perfect. It was beautiful, so comfortable, had everything we needed, and was close to everywhere we wanted to be! An easy walk to both the garden district and the french quarter, and also plenty of parking. The beds were super comfortable, and the entertaining space perfect for a group! The backyard was also awesome, and we are sad that we didn't get to take advantage of the firepit. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautifully decorated spacious home
We had a great stay at this home. Owners and property manager was a pleasure to deal with. The house is immaculately decorated with a very nice backyard. Enjoyed the gift basket upon arrival. Rouse’s market is a three minute walk away to stock up on supplies or grab a coffee. Several restaurants are within walking distance including Emeril’s Delmonicos, which was our best meal in NOLA. The WWII museum is also a ten minute walk. You’ll be away from the crowds of tourists here. We used Uber/Lyft to slip in and out of the quarter or the garden district to our home away from home.

Absolutely amazing new house, spacious and great decor.
We had a 6 night stay for 5 people at this house and an amazing time. Everything is new and clean and the decor is exquisitely done. There is a patio with a small yard in the back which was great to use in good weather. Good restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

Absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location!
My family stayed at the Clio St Masterpiece for New Years and had a blast! The house is incredible - everything is so well decorated and the location is terrific. Also, the concierge was very helpful and extremely attentive (thank you Caroline!).
If you're looking for a memorable trip to Nola and staying in style then this is the place - I will definitely book this again!
