We had a lovely time in this beautiful home with our family. Zach was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Plenty of space and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in by far. Well stocked kitchen and beautifully decorated. Pool was fun and refreshing too. We will stay again!
What a treat to enjoy neighborhood shopping and dining, jaunts to Audubon Park, Magazine street, the Quarter and great restaurants, and then to come back to a beautiful space for rest and calm. Zach was gracious and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces (what a thoughtful renovation!), the well-appointed kitchen, the lovely and comfortable bedrooms and baths, and the location. Would love to return!
Our group rides in a Mardi Gras parade every year and this location was ideal for us- very close to restaurants and parades. The house is great with a large dining table to accommodate our group and the pool is a fantastic addition. We did have a small bump upon arrival and spent a chilly night in the house (We did arrive late due to flight delays). This was promptly addressed the next day and we were even able to extend our stay by one day. This was a great experience and we would stay here again! The owner is prompt to reply and the house is beautiful!
The property suited us perfectly, lots of space for socializing with our family. Location was excellent for us. Looking forward to renting again when the cocktail pool is finished!!!
Our group of 8 adults (family and friends) had a wonderful stay at this amazing house. With 5 bedrooms (each with comfortable adult-sized beds) and 3 full baths, it was the perfect place for us. The property has been thoughtfully & tastefully renovated/updated with nice appliances and fixtures, and the house was well stocked. Everyone had plenty of room individually and there was also a nice living room area with ample seating, as well as plenty of space for dining. The best part of the property was the incredible pool/hot tub on the back porch. We enjoyed this amenity every day. What a great platform for fun and a relaxing space to just hang out at the end of the day. Parking near the house was a breeze (we had 4 cars), and getting around New Orleans - whether driving or catching an Uber or Lyft, was super easy. The house was very clean, and our host, Kurt, was available to answer any questions we had.We look forward to staying at this property again!
This house was the best! Great location, homely, super accommodating, and it was a beauty of a house. We couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy New Orleans for a weekend.
Did my 50th bday celebration in N.O. and thoroughly enjoyed this place with friends. The pool is an awesome place to soak and talk about plans, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and living area is very nice. It's good to have a rental car in this area, but it's all short drives to uptown, downtown, etc. Magazine St is any easy walk through the neighborhood, and there are a couple big grocery stores right up Tchops. Great place to be in the city!
We absolutely loved the house, it was super spacious and functional. The host paid careful attention to detail and design and we loved exploring all of the unique rooms. The location was also super central and it was a perfect walk to Magazine. The host also left us a thoughtful gift! Looking forward to visiting again ASAP
This house is simply stunning, we could not believe how gorgeous it was when we walked in the front door. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor space was beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 9!
From the time of booking until when we left everything was perfect. Courtney was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy for our stay. It was a great location and we had the best time! Was a group of 9 of us on a bachelorette and was the perfect amount of space!
We were so thrilled to stay at the Prince on Pleasant. It was a short walk to amazing little shops, bars, and restaurants on Magazine St, a short Uber ride away from the French Quarter, and easy to traverse when navigating other parts of New Orleans. The neighborhood felt safe and had friendly neighbors. The home itself had the most incredible small touches and super comfortable beds (I was disappointed to come home to my own, which I previously thought was the most comfy bed in the world). Don't sleep on the concierge service - coming into a fully stocked fridge & food was a game changer. Checkout process was super easy! If we come back to NOLA, we will for sure stay here!
We brought our Office Staff for a meeting. The house was beautiful and our staff had a great time. Kurt and Courtney made check in and our stay very easy. Getting to our meeting downtown was quite easy. I would highly recommend staying here. It was perfect for us! Beautiful home and great location!
This is a beautiful gem. We had an amazing stay. We were able to accommodate our family with varying needs in this beautifully decorated house. It was far enough away to escape traffic for a bit but close enough to many local attractions and restaurants. The home is gorgeous. The minor issues we had we managed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome champagne was a nice touch!!!
The property matched the photos and the off street parking was a great plus. There was plenty of dishes and glassware. The homey touches like the hand soap dispensers were great touches. The neighborhood was quiet.
The walking distance to Magazine Street may be difficult for an elderly or disabled person. However parking in the Garden District was not an issue. I would suggest adding additional televisions, our stay was in the Fall during football season.
I came with a group of 11 women and we had such an amazing stay! Everyone felt comfortable and cozy in the space. The property was beautiful and clean and the new pool is so cute and relaxing. It's moreso a boutique pool, so it isn't that big. The living room + dining area fit all of us comfortably during our dinners which allowed for a good time and some super fun game nights! All the bathrooms had so much character and the upstairs bathroom really took the cake. It's beautiful and the bathtub is HUGE. The property manager + owner were so nice and their response times were very fast. It's close to Walmart (4 min) which is a plus and very close to the downtown area, so our commutes to any destination were no more than 15 minutes. Something to note is that only one car can fit inside the gate. All other vehicles will have to park on the street. Also, if you are coming with a large group, I would suggest you bring a few extra towels. Overall, we LOVED the place and would definitely recommend it.
We had a great time. The house is very comfortable and accommodates a large group. We are a big family that enjoyed the family room and kitchen/dining areas as well as the delightful pool area. The house is walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants on Magazine. It is a manageable walk to the parade route. We received lots of support and check ins during our stay. We could not have had a better stay!
We enjoyed our stay so much - the space was gorgeous, loved the fixtures, art and cool touches. We felt safe the whole time. And slept like babies!
Walked to some cool places to eat and drink. Was a cab ride away from the quarters. Dreamy space indeed! Thank you to Kurt and Courtney!!!
Overall this was a wonderful property in a prime location of New Orleans. The proximity to Magazine was really nice. Additionally, the communication with the owner/property management team was very smooth. Would definitely stay at this location again.
This place was great for my group of baseball boys. Plenty of space and the house was amazing! Communication with the property owner was great too. 10/10 would recommend this house to anyone coming to New Orleans.
Absolutely stunning house! Professionally decorated, plenty of space, & has essentials in the kitchen. Perfect for my disco-themed bachelorette weekend. Great location. Felt safe the whole time. Easy to get in touch with the property manager, if needed. Very helpful and friendly!
