Thank you Andrew and family for the 5 Star Review. This condo is a hidden gem in the Arts & Warehouse District of downtown New Orleans, close to so many of the attractions, yet far enough away from the Bourbon Street noise. That is the wonderful thing about this area, it is a lot of residential above the street level on most all buildings, which makes it a nice quiet area, with restaurants, art galleries, bars, grocery stores, all within walking distance, so very centralized. And for you to be here the weekend of the Krewe of Boo! Halloween parade and a Staint's "DOME" game, pretty much sums up what having a good time in New Orleans is all about! Not to mention all the wonderful restaurants within walking distance, that are not in the French Quarter, but more where we, as locals, eat, a few blocks towards the River, along Julia / Camp / Magazine streets. Thank you Bruce, family and friends for the 5 Star Review of Juliette, the corner condo with the wrap around balcony along St. Charles Avenue @ Julia St, in the historical 1828 built "Thirteen Sisters" of Julia. Sitting out on the balcony mornings with coffee, evenings for cocktails and the most fun is people watching, and the Green Streetcars that roll along the St. Charles route, Uptown past Tulane & Loyola Universities', then head out to Carrollton and back towards downtown. Excited to hear you will be back! Such a walkable neighborhood to Morial convention Center, WWII Museum and the Smoothie King Center Arena and Superdome for concerts, sporting events and the Arts District and James Beard Award winning restaurants, and even a few hole-in -the-wall local bar & grills. I quiet little friendly neighborhood with great places to eat, drink and meet the locals that live here. Many attractions are still within a short walk or catch the green streetcars that roll along St. Charles Ave to the Garden District. This is a special condo with it's wraparound balcony for views along Julia and St. Charles, either side you sit on. It is a great place for people watching and even better place to watch parades during Carnival Season. Think about coming back, we offer discounts to returning guests. Thank you Rachel and friends for staying at the Julia and for the 5 Star Review. New Orleans is a fun place for an adults getaway. This corner condo with wrap around balcony along St. Charles Ave and Julia Street is quite a hidden gem in the Arts and Warehouse District, very walkable to Art Galleries, WWII Museum, and a plethora of restaurants. If you are looking for additional entertainment and attractions, this condo is in the Arts District so walking through many of the Art Galleries are a few doors away on Julia Street. A quick walk to either the Superdome to catch a sporting event for our beloved Saints or Pelicans even a concert is only 8 blocks. WWII Museum is 3 blocks away. Thank you Jennica and friends for the 5 Star Review. We cannot express what a perfect location the Julia is to all there is to do, see and eat in New Orleans in the Arts & Warehouse District. Walkable to WWII Museum, Morial Convention Center, Superdome and Smoothie King Center Arena, only an 8 block walk to get to the French Quarter. A bit quieter that in the heart of the French Quarter, as the delivery vehicles and trash trucks are in there about 4 AM with those back up bells and dings to wake you up, or keep you awake if just getting in from a long night. We love The Little Easy, it is truly a neighborhood bar & grill for quick bites or cocktails and not having to walk to get back upstairs to the condo, should you have a few too many.... If you are coming back for work, or just need a visit to taste more of our scrumptious foods, contact us before making those future reservations, to get the current Return Guest Discount promo code so you can VacayNOLA!

Thank you Becky and friends for the 5 Star Review of "Juliette", in the Arts District of downtown New Orleans. This is by far the best balcony condo around, or should we say, wrap around balcony, so you can enjoy either Julia Street people watching and St. Charles Ave. with watching the streetcars roll by. Thanks for being repeat guest to this hidden gem in a quiet part of our beloved City. See y'all next time when you come to VacayNOLA!

Thank you Ann for the 5 Star Review of our most popular condo at The Julia, sitting at the corner of historic St. Charles Ave. @ Julia Street. This wrap around balcony allows you to sit outside with views along Julia and up and down St. Charles Ave. to watch the Green Streetcars roll along. Although we are 8 blocks to the French Quarter, it is away from most all of that constant chaos in the Quarter. We are 8 blocks from the Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Morial Convention Center, as well. Such a very centralized location to all there is to see and do in New Orleans. And the FOOD! We loved hosting you, come again, VacayNOLA!

How fantastic for you to have everyone come and spend time together in this unit. It is very spacious and has plentiful seating to host a dinner party. I'm so glad we could make your Christmas and New Years special and just what you needed during your stay in New Orleans. Thank you for such a positive review. We hope you will consider us again when you choose to come visit New Orleans!

This makes us so happy! Thank you for such a positive review. We hope you and your family will come to stay with us again. We have more properties around the area so if you need to be in the Quarter there are many from which to choose. We hope to hear from you soon! Thanks again.

Thank you Arthur and friends for the 5 Star Review of The Julia. this hidden gem of a 1830's historic townhouse renovated to be a single story, two bedroom 2 bath condo with a wrap around balcony keeps so much of the old New Orleans charm of exposed brick, original ( but non-working ) fireplace and mantle in the living room and picturesque views out of the floor to ceiling windows that open out to the balcony, for a wonderful space for morning coffee, or evening beverages and just a great place to people watch and wave to all of those on the St. Charles Ave. iconic green Streetcars. Yes, it is 8 blocks away from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter, but that is a quick walk there or one block over to Carondelet will get you to the green streetcars that take you up to Canal. Walking is the best way to get around in New Orleans yet Uber, Lyft taxi's and even pedi-cabs are readily available. We are glad you has comfortable beds to relax in after adventurous days out exploring and eating your way through all New Orleans has to offer! We offer discounts to returning guests. Give us a call before making those future reservations to get the most current discount code. VacayNOLA!

Thank you for your review. We would love to have you again, please do keep us in mind when you decide to come and visit NOLA. This building is in a prime location to enjoy all the things New Orleans has to offer and still be in a nice quiet residential area.

Dear Cyndy- We are so glad you and your travel companions had a great stay in our condo. We love the very same things you pointed out about that particular property. Know that the balcony is also quite incredible during Mardi Gras! Please keep us in mind for future travel, as we would love to have you back.

Thank you Carole for the 5 Star Review of "Juliette", one of the original "Thirteen Sisters of Julia Row" at the edge of the Central Business District District and Arts & Warehouse District of downtown New Orleans. It is a great location to be near so many attractions and restaurants, in walking distance. Having The Little Easy downstairs is one of those neighborhood bar & grills, that you don't have to worry about making it home safely after a few drinks, when you are staying upstairs from one of our hole in the wall places that capture so much of New Orleans charm. So glad Barbara was able to answer any questions you had and hope she offered you some suggestions, tips and tricks on how to be a local while here. We will have to admit, that your comments of "what are the pictures not showing me" took us by surprise a little. I guess there are places that may not be honest on the conditions of the places to rent, and that is sad some have to be that way. Make sure you contact Barbara back before making your future reservation to get the most current Return Guest Discount promo code so you can again, VacayNOLA!

Phil- Thank you for such a glowing review! It means a lot that you enjoyed yourself and we could help to provide what you needed for your stay. We hope you and your guests will consider us again for future New Orleans stays.
