Our host, Eric, was very responsive throughout the process. Property was comfortable and very convenient. We loved being close to the action but far enough away that we didn't hear the noise. Bed was very comfortable. Bath was nice and living area was lovely.

I cannot give this property or owner enough kudo's! The place is amazing, clean and the perfect location to walk, grab a bus or streetcar to wherever you want to go in NOLA. Easy access to condo. Secure street entrance. Great communication with owner. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Somewhat sketchy area. Just off the lighted sidewalk but felt ok. Problem with the bed. One side is extremely worn out. Really need to replace this. I. I could not have slept in this for 5 nights. Luckily wife was able to manage with it and not fall off the bed.
