Overall, the home is very nice. The bedrooms were large and the upstairs beds with bathroom was great for our extended family with children. The pool is tiny! We made it work, but it was hard to fit everyone in at once. We had an issue with the air conditioning but it was fixed promptly and addition portable units and fans were brought in. The rental company was very helpful with that. There were some ants in the kitchen at one point, but we cleaned them up. The freezer was leaking the entire time and we called, but it still leaked when we left. Minor issues but wonderful home!

Another Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at 19 Heath and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The property is on a quiet tree lined street and just a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful Home. Wish we has AC in July!

Pros: Beautiful house. Very well kept. Great decor. Great location. Pool is fun. Beach is close. Cons: Day 1 we had no AC when we arrived and were relocated to another property. Day 2 the AC guy fixed what he could so most of the house had AC, but the master did not. We spent the week having to use loud box fans in the master, as temperature was near 85 degrees every night. We were told that that was nothing they could do. The ducts had to be fixed and that was out of their expertise. Also, we had to pay for a "parking pass" as we had to take 3 cars and they only include 2 cars in rental. I felt they could have comp that. So, overall, house is beautiful. We just weren't lucky with the AC I guess.

I can understand your frustration with the parking pass, unfortunately, we do not issue that passes or have the ability to "comp" them, the security office is a separate entity from the rental office. Family trip to HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great rental! The location was perfect,an easy 10 minute walk to beach access. Took adult children and 4 year old granddaughter on family vacation. The pool was clean and nice. We loved being a short drive or bike ride from the pickleball courts! Will definitely look forward to returning to this home. Plenty of space for our whole family.

Inaccurate description

We chose this rental because we we were coming for spring break and wanted a hot tub if the weather was too cold for the beach. It should plainly state that the hot tub cannot be heated in the description. The tub is heated from the air. I’m not sure why anyone would design a hot tub this way but essentially it’s useless. My kids were disappointed especially when they could hear neighbors splashing around in their pools and hot tubs in 60 degree weather because their spas could be heated.

Dear Sapna, Thank you for staying with us during your Spring Break trip. The hot tub is not heated by the air, there is a heat pump. As the pool company explained on both trips to the house, the air temperature may affect the temperature and the length of time it takes for the hot tub to reach the desired temperature. The tech checked the temperature of the hot tub on both visits and the hot tub did reach 102 degrees as designed. However, the tub does not stay heated and due to the cooler temperatures we had on the island that week, it did take up to 30 minutes to hit that temperature. We are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with that portion of your stay and hope that you do come back to stay with us again. -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort

Great location and neighborhood

Great trip overall- we had nice time but would have been great to have been told we would need to pay for more than 1 car, the shades in the sliders need to be fixed, pool was dirty and needed water -below skimmer, house smelled little wet-- the property ppl were made aware but didn't respond to my email.
