The great deception

Renter beware: this is a little shack behind a main house. We arrived and the unit had not been cleaned for who knows how long. There were spider webs, bugs, dust, and mold in the unit. I took pictures hoping I could post them here but no luck. There are barely any lights in the unit and absolutely no lights outside. The price of the rental is by no means justified by what you get (especially since you are charged a pretty high cleaning fee). We rented for three nights and left after the first. Renter beware.

This Cottage is unique in that it's a one bedroom, private retreat. Most one bedrooms are either small apartments or co-ops, or a shared space within someone's home. This cottage offers privacy and property to enjoy on your Westhampton vacation.

What makes this property unique

The location can not be beat! The Village has recently been expanded with more restaurants, more outdoor dining and wonderful shops!
As you head further east in the Hamptons, although lovely as well, the traffic build-up and one lane main road can add hours to arriving at your vacation destination.
