LIVING AREA
The living room welcomes you as you step through the door with a plush chaise lounge and two matching armchairs filling the space. Catch up on all your favorite shows and movies on the wall mounted Smart TV or get out one of the board games for some family fun.

KITCHEN & DINING
Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a double door fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, a large freestanding oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, dishwasher and a coffee machine with everything you need to brew up your fresh morning coffee.

Enjoy meals together in the dining room with an eclectic dining table set for six along with a highchair for the little one. Wake up feeling refreshed in the main bedroom with a luxuriously large king bed topped with soft linen and bedding along with a pack n’ play cot for the youngest in the family. Off the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom with a relaxing bath/shower and a vanity stocked with quality amenities.

The second bedroom features two queen beds side by side, while the third has one queen bed and a beautiful timber crib for the baby. Both bedrooms share the central bathroom which also offers a full-size bath with an overhead shower along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Guests have full access to the laundry nook with a washing machine and dryer as well as complimentary washing powder to keep everyone feeling fresh and clean during their stay.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Dogtown is a wonderful neighborhood within the city of St. Louis! My home is located within walking distance to Forest Park, and specifically the Saint Louis Zoo, voted the best free attraction in the US! Also within walking distance (about 1 minute) from many restaurants and pubs.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
