Summary:
Relax in this home away from home, located in the Historic Greenwood Neighborhood in East Nashville, the home is located a block away from popular local restaurants like The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, "Food Network's Best Restaurants In Nashville" Lyra Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine and "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featured Mexican restaurant: Mas Tacos and ONLY 3 miles from downtown. The best part, each bedroom has its own full bathroom and separate temperature controls!

The Space:
Located in Historic Greenwood Neighborhood in East Nashville, as you enter the home into the entry, to the left, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable couch, recliner and 55" Ultra HD 4K Roku TV with cable. Conveniently located off of the entry, next to the living room is a full first floor bathroom with a bathtub.

Shifting to the right of the entry, step down into the kitchen, which includes a table that seats four, electric stove/oven, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils, glassware, and tableware to serve a home cooked meal.

Additional amenities located within the kitchen are the dryer and washing machine (located underneath the staircase).

Upon ascending the stairs, there is a landing between the two bedrooms that includes a mini-bar setup with a mini-fridge. Each bedroom in the house is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, individual temperature controls, and a full private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Each bedroom has a similar layout so no need to squabble over who gets the master!

Added bonuses are two on-site parking spaces provided in the rear of the home, accessible via alleyway and the use of a covered side patio and outdoor furniture.

East Nashville is one of the city's trendiest and eclectic neighborhoods, and this home is located in the heart of it all. Popular local restaurants like The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, "Food Network's Best Restaurants In Nashville" Lyra Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine and "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featured Mexican restaurant: Mas Tacos and Spicy Boy's, genuine cajun, are only a block away. A 15-minute stroll takes you to the famous Five Points area, with a variety of shops, galleries, and restaurants to explore. For those with a preference for home cooking, Kroger and Aldi are less than a 10-minute walk.

A trip to Nashville would not be complete without a stop downtown, less than 3 miles away. Take in the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium or the Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline museums. Clean unit and good location
Property as listed. Was clean when we arrived. Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms and bedrooms nice. Parking was nice and close, only a few steps from the door. Quiet at night.

Nathan is great!
Nathan's place was very clean and worked well for my trip. It is spacious, well stocked with Moon Pies and coffee (again, thank you!) and in a great location ( it is 1 block from an amazing taco stand (forgot the name) and restaurant (called the Pharmacy - great food and vibe), 3 blocks from Kroger, 1.2 miles from Five Daughters bakery (just amazing), a deli, coffee shop and many other shops and 2.3 miles from Broadway (we walked to all of these locations). I will stay here again the next time we visit Nashville!

Great Place to Stay in Nashville!
This place was very nice. It’s in a safe location from what we could tell. We walked to breakfast and dinner a couple times. The drive to other attractions was 30 minutes at most and is in a good spot away from the busy areas near Broadway but not too far. The rental itself was clean and tidy. We traveled with friends so there were 4 of us in total. The 3 full bathrooms were amazing to have. The best part was that there was a driveway with free parking. Parking fees are ridiculous, so it made it so nice to have a private parking spot. Nathan was quick to respond when we had any questions and was very informative throughout our stay. When we come back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here again!

Recommend this VRBO. Quiet residential neighborhood. Great to have a bathroom in each bedroom and the extra bathroom downstairs is really nice to have. Beds were comfortable and no bedspreads to have to take-off & store, which I prefer. Kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you need. Air conditioning worked well to keep the temperatures pleasant. There are recycle bins that most recycleables can be put in if you like to recycle. Owner was quick to respond to our inquiries & very accomodating with a few requests that we had. Five minute drive to grocery stores, several restaurants nearby (1 literally within a less than 2 min walk); about 5-10 minutes to downtown Nashville (Broadway) on XL Uber & Lyft & was generally $15-$20 before tip depending on the time, but also on a holiday weekend. Large TV in living area for downtime had Roku and Xfinity in case you don't subscribe to any streamimg services or understand how Roku works. The information & instructions packet gave good information about the area & also gave very clear instructions about how to operate things and what they need you to do before you leave.
