• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $75 per day. 2-Request 48 hours in advance. 3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 4-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 5-Attached spa is not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature. It does not have jets.
The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

House was exactly like the picture, some of the rooms rugs had stains, markings on the wall. I did report this to the owner upon arrival because I did not want my family blamed and he said he was aware of these things and that it was normal wear and tear. Could not get the bedroom upstairs tv to work a gentleman came to the house a fixed the one tv in the bedroom

Great Place for large family gatherings but some issuse need addressing
My review for the place is mixed had a great stay besides some of the issues we had when we first checked in at 4:30 pm. 1. Door was open when we arrived 2. Pool was dirty with bugs and debris 3. No washcloth but had towels🤔 3. Internet never worked properly so that means tv could not be watched
Spoke with property management and Christen told me that he would send out someone to clean the pool first thing in the morning and maintenance would be by to fix internet he told me to send him pictures of the pool which I did and he agreed it was dirty The next day pool was cleaned after 12pm but no maintenance guy Called back and chatted with Ben and he said lookin at the pictures I sent the pool was clean and it just needed skimming 🤔 and someone drove pass the unit and said maintenance got a signal our wifi is working properly instead of knocking and seeing if the issues we are having were fixed I would of given this place a 5 star rating but dealing with property management and the poor service of the internet was the reason I didnt.

Our inspection and cleaning team are exceptionally careful in taking care of our home. Our team is very dedicated and works day and night in order to check in with our guests and assist when needed. There is dedicated 24/7 support for all the inquiries and reports guests may have. During the inspection pre-check-in, there was no issue found with the unit. We understand how important it is to have all aspects of the home in perfect condition and we strive by always doing our best and delivering spectacular homes.
Shortly after the items were reported, our team was at the unit promptly to address the issues. Usually, all issues reported are solved within 24 hours of being reported to maximize the guests satisfaction.
Communication is our top priority and that is reflected in the team that we have. The staff is always supportive and eager to help. The team is never rude and will never leave a call unanswered.
We truly hope that this has served to enlighten you regarding your review. Even though this was a negative review, we are ready to host you again and make sure to be with you every step of the way.
We arrived at 6:00 (2hours after check in) and the cleaners were still cleaning. I guess the people ahead of us had trashed the place. So they were still cleaning carpet. Cleaners were nice and promised that carpet wouldn’t be wet but it was wet. We waited in car about 20min for them to finish and when we called to report the situation, we were told that there was no cleaning crew there and the house had been clean the day prior. Thank God we took pics of the cleaning crew and were told that we had to send them pics in order for them to believe us. After sending pics, we asked what would be done for our inconvenience but an employee of Mastervacation named BEN said we were not inconvenienced because we had just arrived we to check on. Afyer badically accusing us of lying, he said waiting in our car for cleaning crew to finish wasn’t an inconvenience and neither was the wet carpet or trash outside. I asked for supervisor but he said there was no superbug and he was the only person I could talk to. He finally said that all he could offer us was heated pool and nothing else could be done. Also the house as a whole was not as nice as we thought. You could tell it had been used a lot from marks on wall and springs in couch n bed. The bed mattresses n couch nearly touched the floor bc they’ll of heavy use. They need to be replaced. Upstairs had a vomit smell and spots were still in carpet when we arrived. Never again will I stay at a Mastervacation home.

Safe neighborhood
Enjoyed our stay. We requested a late checkout and pool heat but had to request it again- leaving us no where to stay for the remainder of the last day.
The neighborhood was great. Kids could freely rollerblade around the loop- stress free.
We’ve stayed several times in this area. First time booking with this company.
