The Space:
Orlando’s Solara Resort houses this enviable two storey unit with 3 Bedrooms, 3 Full-Bathrooms and a private pool with a marvellous cobblestone finish. Furthermore, the unit has a few other private and community amenities to make your trip one to remember!

The furnishings are carefully selected and designed to make the most of the space and help you feel right at home. The three bedrooms are perfect if you’re traveling with kids! In fact, one of the bedrooms comes decorated with lively red walls and an adorable bunk bed.

The main spaces of the condo:
- The living room in the ground floor is bright, spacious and airy
- There is a smaller living area on the second floor with a TV, so it’s perfect for a big group of 8!
- The unit has a private pool with a lovely cobblestone path
- 3 full bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms in the unit
- Bathrooms come with a clean standing shower with a glass divider.
- Tastefully furnished keeping your utmost comfort in mind

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go, featuring:

- Coffee Maker & Blender
- All dishes, cookware, etc.

The unit is located within just 7 miles of the famous Walt Disney World Resort area, this collection of exclusively designed vacation and townhomes boasts many amenities unmatched in Central Florida.

The house itself is centrally located in the gorgeous Solara Resort area which means guests have access to the amenities of the house and the community! Apart from Disney and Universal studios the area has easy access to a dazzling array of restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls- so that’s something for everyone!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the house during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The central location of the unit provides a lot of value in terms of a time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family because the community offers resort-style amenities like:

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The unit is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really good restaurants and shopping centers. Here are some of the most visited places in Orlando:

Theme parks:
- Disney - 20 min drive
- Universal Studio - 30 min drive
- Seaworld Orlando - 25 min drive
- Fun Spot America Kissimmee - 22 min drive

Shopping:
- Orlando’s Premium Outlet - 30 min drive
- Premier Outlet - 37 min drive
- Lake Buena Vista Factory Store - 22 min drive

Other Things to Note:
The house is two stories with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private pool. All stairways and bedrooms are carpeted for safety and comfort.

Free wifi & cable, Free Parking, Linens & Towels provided for guests. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS.

A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The unit is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, ONE trash bag in each trash can, and ONE roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished during your stay.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guests. We do not provide condiments, coffee, creamer, etc.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you reserve through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a security deposit of $300usd will be charged before your arrival and refunded after your check out and once the property has been inspected for any damage (service fees may apply).

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad.
