The Space:

Welcome to your family-friendly retreat in the heart of Solara Resort! This spacious two-story home offers a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, with a private pool and spa, themed bedrooms, a foosball table, and access to resort amenities.



Living Areas

The main living room is open and airy, with plush seating, a large TV, and direct access to the private pool.

The second-floor loft provides additional lounge space, complete with a TV and foosball table for extra fun.

Getting Around:

Guests enjoy free parking on-site for easy access to local attractions. When parking in the driveway, please pull all the way in to avoid blocking the sidewalk, as improperly parked vehicles may be towed.



The home is conveniently located 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is close to top attractions:



Theme Parks

- Walt Disney World – 20-minute drive.

- Universal Studios – 30-minute drive.

- SeaWorld Orlando – 25-minute drive.

- Fun Spot America Kissimmee – 22-minute drive.



Shopping Destinations:

- Premier Outlet – 37-minute drive.

- Lake Buena Vista Factory Store – 22-minute drive.



A car is recommended for the best experience, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT: The Garage is temporarily not available for use until further notice.



- The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

- Please note that the spa tub is not heated, it is part of the pool and will be at the same temperature as the pool.

- The house is plushly furnished over two storeys with 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and a private pool. All stairways and bedrooms are carpeted for safety and comfort.

- Free Wifi & Cable, Free Parking, Linens & Towels provided for guests.

- The unit is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

- We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed will have to be purchased by the guest.

- A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

- The private pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Please note, when parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed, and we cannot be held responsible.

- Early check-in is subject to availability with an additional fee.



House Rules:



- Travellers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests must climb stairs at the property.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated.

- No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- If you reserve through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a security deposit of $750 USD will be charged before your arrival and refunded 5-7 days after your check-out and once the property has been inspected for any damage. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided within 24 hours before your arrival.
