For guests who value cleanliness, rest assured that the condo is impeccably maintained: all floors are steam cleaned after each stay, and all linens, including top quilts, are freshly laundered.

Our Family Paradise

This is the third consecutive year we have rented Beachside Dunes. What a blessing for our entire family! The condo is impeccably furnished and clean. The view is unbelievable. The owners are responsive, ready to answer any questions and to help in any way. Julie’s place was awesome! Perfect view of the ocean from the outside deck was great for morning coffee and views while having meals. The place was well equipped with anything you think of you might need while on vacation. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were great to have. The ability to walk to and from the beach in under 2 minutes with a private walkway was extremely convenient. Seaside square and restaurants were an easy 10 minute walk. Watercolor has amenities that appeal to all interests: bike and walking trails, tennis courts, paddle boarding, kayaking, spa services, fishing, multiple pool choices, beautiful beaches. Watercolor is on Highway 30A and to the east and the west there are miles of shops, restaurants and music venues. Our superior cleaning protocols ensure that you are satisfied and can relax in the comfort of our home.

What makes this property unique

Beachside Dunes is located on the south side of 30A on the beach. We have dedicated parking, (2 spaces) private pool and private boardwalk access to the beach. Seaside is just two blocks to the east and the Watercolor Inn is directly to the west. The new Beach Club pools and restaurant are directly next to the Watercolor Inn. This location is amazing and will not disappoint you!
