Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Harbor Town Home at the SPI Golf Course. This Harbor Town home is a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bath with 2 car garage located in the marina in a eight-plex two story building with 1,760. sq. ft . It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. This Harbor Town home includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 set twin beds with a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a half bath located on the first floor off of the living/kitchen area.

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 3 heated pools( one pool is located at the Harbors, 2nd pool is located by the club house and 3rd pool is located by in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

I would recommend this location!

Beautiful property. We were on a customer outing (fishing) and the Captain was able to drive into the canal and pick us up, which was great! Being in Laguna Vista you are a drive from South Padre, so keep that in mind. Very nice property and very easy check/out process.

Family Vacation

The residence looks and feels just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is convenient to HEB, Walmart, gas stations, and a drive on beach about 25 minutes away. You have access to a boat slip if you choose to use and the house if furnished with cook wear, linens, and a grill. You will need to bring your own shampoos, soap for sinks/showering, sponge for sink, trash bags, and dishwasher/laundry detergent. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. People were friendly around the area. There is also a community pool; however, we did not access it so I am not able to say anything about it. Thank you for having us!

Peaceful getaway

The beds were comfortable and clean. No problems of any kind. Great family friendly quiet and peaceful area. The showers felt great after a day at the beach. My family and I had a great time.
