- We provide essentials like paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and toiletries upon arrival, please purchase any extras at the nearby supermarket.
- A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.
- Security Deposit: A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card and released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- Early Check-in: Available upon request for an additional fee.

House Rules:
- The main guest must be 21+ to book.
- No smoking or drugs on the property ($300 penalty for violations).
- No parties, events, or loud music after 10 pm.
- Only registered guests allowed, no tents or structures.
- Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning fees.
- Government ID may be required at check-in.
- Please avoid moving furniture; if you do, put it back.
- The house is pet-friendly, subject to a $290 fee per pet (max 2 pets, $580 total).
