Avalon Views Queenstown - 2 Bedroom Option

Welcome to Stay at Queenstown - Avalon Views! (2 bedroom option)
Enjoy our beautiful home with breathtaking views of The Remarkables and in to Queenstown township. After a long day on the slopes or hiking, take a soak in your own private spa/hot tub with views overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Our fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all the quality appliances you will need for your stay. For bedding arrangements, we have two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a third bedroom with two single beds. Please let us know your preference in your booking request as this is our two bedroom option.
Location - Our home, in the suburb of Fernhill, is a five minute drive from town (or a 7 minute walk to the closest bus stop) however, we believe a car is the best way to take in everything this beautiful town has to offer. If you are feeling energetic, it is a 30-minute walk in to town through the beautiful Queenstown track, alternatively follow the main road and be mesmerised by the views. Keep in mind, on the way back, it is all up hill!! The home is a three minute walk to the closest bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the corner store, a fish and chip shop and an Italian restaurant. Queenstown offers taxi's and bus services. If you purchase a bus card you can catch the bus anywhere within the Queenstown area for $1 per ride. The buses generally run every 15 minutes. If skiing is your passion, we are a 35 minute drive to Coronet Peak and a 50 minute drive to The Remarkables Ski Field.
Please note
- Please keep all ski/snow gear outside of the home.
- You will be the only guests in the property during your stay.
- We do have a wood burning fire place, however we do not supply timber. Only if you are familiar with using a fireplace are we comfortable with guests using it. Please only burn timber, paper and cardboard. No coal, plastics or anything else is to be put in the fireplace.
- We share a driveway with two other properties. Please be thoughtful of our neighbours and do not park anywhere on the "shared" part of the driveway as this inconveniences the other residents being able to access their homes.
- The third bedroom will be locked off and not rented to anyone else.
- If anything arises and needs our attention, please feel free to get in contact with us.

Perfect get away

I cannot rave about this property enough! Everything was absolutly perfect from cleanliness to the views. I would 100% recommend this accomodation to others and I will be booking this again some time in the future. This stay here made our amazing week in Queenstown even better. Queenstown stay

Spacious home with an incredible view and addition of a hot tub to relax. Away from the crowds, having a car is helpful but can manage without as a great bus service into town, airport, waterfront and some local places you would want to visit. A paradise for thrill seekers but equally good for everyone.

Home away from home

Excellent property with amazing views of the mountains from the balcony and living room. We stayed for 5 nights with our family of 4 and it was one of the best home like accomodations we booked. We did not expect such a large house with all the aminities available for long and short stays. Our kids loved it. Michelle is a great Property Manager and she kept us up to date with all the comms. Overall an excellent getaway and will definitely book again.

Peaceful getaway

Everything about our stay was perfect. Plenty of space, a beautifully presented property with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Great location not far out of town, with a fantastic local restaurant/bar, fish and chip shop and corner store a stones throw away. The view is fantastic!
