We all enjoyed r stay! The house is about 4 houses from the bay. A lovely spot for our young grandson. The house was equipped with everything we needed to hang out & play at the beach and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. Parking was easy, the house was very clean & our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

This property is not only immaculate and perfectly located, but it is also well stocked with everything you need, spacious, and accommodating. We walked to and from Second Street, the beach, and the bay. The host was quick to respond and provided thorough check-in/check-out information prior to both. A perfect spot for a wedding nearby. Wonderful!

Great location with everything we needed. Dedicated garage parking is ideal as parking on the peninsula can be challenging. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook at home. Two large living areas to hang out in the house. Especially appreciated all the fans to cool the house down at night because there’s no AC. Beautiful, comfortable home!!

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood near the bay and ocean. The home was clean, very well stocked with extras just in case we forgot to pack items. House felt very homey unlike a lot of rental homes we have stayed in. You can tell the host put that little extra into the home to make the stay more pleasant, We were in town for a cheer competition and it was nice to go back and have the windows open and relax on the couch. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We’ve stayed in the area before and parking was an issue, so it was nice to have the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect! This house is everything we hoped it would be. It’s incredibly close to the beach and made it really convenient to walk back and forth whenever we felt like going. The host provided basically everything you’d need for hanging out at the beach so we didn’t need to bring anything from home. The garage was very helpful. We had two cars and elderly parents so having that parking available for them was wonderful. The house was spotless and very spacious. The appliances, cooking utensils, and kitchenware were very nice and well kept. We highly recommend this place and hope we can stay there again.

Awesome location

Our family had a great time at this property. The location is so perfect between the marina and the beach. Beautiful home. Love the upstairs living room and kitchen and the management did a great job providing all kinds of extras in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this beautiful vacation home. The check in and out were so easy. The house had lots of places to hang out, talk and watch movies. The house was clean, modern and extremely well organized. The host has thought of everything from beach chairs to bobby pins! The kitchen had everything we needed to easily enjoy home cooked meals. The two car garage was an added plus, making parking so easy! It was so nice to stay near the water, in addition to being close to 2nd Street with lots of restaurant options. The location was great and super easy to get around on the peninsula, 2nd street and downtown long beach. I highly recommend this host and home! We can't wait to come back again.

Great stay by the beach!

The house was lovely and was just as stated in the description and pictures. Carmen was very responsive throughout our stay which was very appreciated. The location was great for all of our needs as we also visited theme parks during our stay. I 100% would stay here again, especially if we were looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful house, clean, well appointed. Has beach toys and bookie boards, and even got floaties for the kids. Great views, easy access to the Pacific Ocean and the Naples Bay/Marina.

This beautiful & charming home is furnished with beach-inspired décor and offers true comfort and elegance. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, open/natural light, upstairs living room area has a beautiful partial view of the bay, family room, dining area for six, two fireplaces; both upstairs and downstairs, two 50” televisions, a private two-car garage with nicely redone bathroom and side door for outside access. The upstairs kitchen is completely remodeled with new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and appliances; microwave, dishwasher. Kitchen appliances include a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. It also includes cooking pans, flatware, glasses, cooking, and eating utensils. There is a furnished balcony just off the kitchen. The balcony has a water fountain, landscape, and lighting perfect for relaxing after a long day.
