This lovely 115 m2 two floor villa is situated within a unique landscape and is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 5 people, minutes away from many beaches and sights of the popular greater area of Chania.

The upper level offers two spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms with private balconies offering either sea view or mountain view. There is also a spacious bathroom with shower cabin and water jet technology. The lower level has one more bedroom with extra large single bed. There is a lovely open space living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room area is air conditioned. There is a WC and a separate shower room for your convenience on this level.

Fresh and clean linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay! Energy efficient fireplace and central heating are available for winter time visitors. The villa is family friendly and ideal for younger guests offering high chair, baby cot and baby pool.

The private swimming pool and the terraces offer extra space for fun, swimming and sunbathing. The villa is located in the area of Exopoli, near Georgioupoli. At about 800m you can find the local cafe and restaurant. At the nearby tourist resort of Georgioupoli 2.5km away you will find a wide range of shops, services, cafes, restaurants, organised beaches and water sports.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €10 per night, while from November to February, it is €4 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
