Beautiful condo with intercostal views!!!

Great beach condo, beautifully decorated and nicely upgraded. We enjoy the short walk to the beach and the great sunsets. We enjoyed our time and cannot wait to come back!

We stay at Lands End every year and this by far is the best unit! Unit is nicely equipped with everything you need! Will definitely stay here next year!

Beautiful Land’s End Condo

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is beautiful and immaculate. There is everything you need for a great stay. A complete full kitchen with high end appliances, much storage areas, comfortable beds and everything in working order. We ate most meals on the balcony overlooking the canal, where we watched a manatee. From the beach we saw several dolphins. The condo is down on Sunset Beach but it is a short drive to John’s Pass, Publix, Walgreens and many very good restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is crystal clear. We have stayed three times at Land’s End condos and are already planning our next visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love this property. Out one side are the intercostal channels and out the other side is the Gulf of Mexico. It is a great and quiet location but with easy access to the community and plenty to do at the resort. I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone going to this area. There were 4 of us at the condo and we had tons of room. Resort Rentals was awesome and there for every step of the way making it super easy to take care of.

Lacking in basics

Would not stay here for an extended stay. We were an eight week stay. The only cleaning equipment was a broom and dustpan. Had to buy a mop as the entire floor is tile. Also there were no throw rugs anywhere. Needed to purchase throws for the bedroom, bathroom and living room. The television in the bedroom did not work. The elevator did not work for seven and a half weeks. Never heard from Vacation Rentals in regards to status of the elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this charming and very clean condo during Hurricane Eta. Despite the storm, we still felt safe and supported by property management. We especially enjoyed collecting shells from the beach and watching the dolphins from the patio. The TV remote seemed to require a PhD in telecommunications to utilize which was a little frustrating and complicated for us... but we are old. We also listened to the band across the channel every evening which was nice at times but we also hoped for more quiet on occasion. So, we walked 5 minutes away to the beach. Lands End was very quiet though overall which was nice for us. We would definitely rent this unit again as we appreciated all of the lovely art and comfortable & clean furnishings the most. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with positive feedback. The unit is great, very clean and updated. The location is wonderful at the end of the island so the beach isn't so crowded. What I didn't like about the property - it's not family friendly. The hot tub rules are ridiculous. No one under the age of 17 is allowed in EITHER of the hot tubs at ANY time of the day. I was upset because when booking the unit there was no disclaimer of this rule in the unit description and I didn't find out until we were already there. My son and husband were at the hot tub when no one was there and only had their feet in and the security guard rushed over in the golf cart to tell them to get out and grumbled "rules are rules". So it is strictly enforced. The hot tubs have multiple cameras aimed at you so it's awkward like someone is watching your every move if you get in the hot tub. While at the pool one day I overheard a resident bragging about how they like to hang out at the pool and "kick a** and take names" to the kids on vacation. They basically don't want any kids there at all. I can't tell you how many times I felt the tension and fake smiles from the local residents while walking around with my family. I would not advise staying here if you have kids.

Some disappointment in property decisions and dirty floors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed with the $30 registration fee and $10.00 guest fees. Along with the cleanliness of the floors. Walked on the floors and feet were black - looked clean but the floors were not. Extremely poor water pressure in both bathrooms. Decor was nice and updated. Toilet paper is too thin and always have to purchase more toilet paper and bring own Kleenex and cleaning supplies. Would recommend and pass along to a friend with the above listed issues.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the porch and looking for dolphins each morning. It is a very short walk to the beach. Well stocked with things that you would need. My only criticism would be the shower head in the master bath, it is up to high so for those who aren’t tall there isn’t much water pressure so it feels like it takes forever to rinse off. That is a minor detail overall this condo is great.

Very unhappy with the $10 parking fee for visitors, its unacceptable for somebody to visit for a few hours and have to pay this fee.
