Excellent home for a ski weekend

This was my 3rd year staying here and the home has always delivered. Great setup, plenty of space for our group and the booking and communication process has always been smooth. Recommend!

Perfect location!

We had 8 adults on a ski trip. It was close to the resort and town. The house was perfect size for all 8 of us. It was very clean. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Comfortable House

Comfortable house for groups. If you want to use the hot tub facility make sure you tell them ahead of your stay or you’ll be out of luck. As far as kitchen things go, they are missing hot pads and measuring cups things of that sort. Overall, we enjoyed our time there. Comfortable home and would recommend. The guy that looks over the home is suer friendly and responsive

Ski Trip Sun Valley

Very cozy home and each of the 4 couples had enough space to enjoy their own quiet time. Fireplace room was a hit!! And hot tub was very nice after skiing. Location was the perfect distance from town and ski area. Would stay here again:)

Cozy Mountain Home Vibes in a Quiet and Serene Neighborhood

We rented this house for a small family gathering with ages ranging from 7 years old to 72. The house is set up in a way that we could relax if wanted, go to bed early, or play cards into the wee hours of the morning and not bother anyone. It's nestled into a beautiful neighborhood but does not feel jammed in between houses. The house is close to a golf course and a pristine bike path as well. We'd stay again!

The house is reasonably priced, but a small hiccup, not able to watch Sunday football or Monday night football for a guys golf trip. Tried to get it resolved, asked for some compensation and was given a “we’ll see what we can do” with no follow up. They were nice but not looking to stay there next year.

Could've been better...

Overall, nice house but needs a lot of help on cleaning. My dad found a leaf blower in the garage and had fun cleaning up the patios, front and back. Communication with the prop manager should have been much better. The "bedroom" in the attic area with the tower of toddler mattresses shouldn't count as a place for anyone to sleep. For the cost of the rental for 3 nights, things should have been so much better.

It happened in Sun Valley

Sun Valley is a magical place and this house is just perfect to enjoy the mountain. We went in the winter and Sun Valley is very Christmasy lots of activities skating shows beautiful lights and of course skiing and skating and if enough snow cross country skiing.The house is perfect and very well kept up, it’s ideal for a dinner party the table seats 8-10. Lots of room in the kitchen and really nice family room with the fireplace.The house is less than 10 minutes away from the Lift by car and there is also a shuttle service that comes right by the house. The neighborhood is lovely to walk in as well.Everything was just perfect, the house could not have been better -the master suite was truly amazing. The maintenance people were very professional and right on any problems that we had which were minimal. And they took care of them immediately.I would definitely recommend this house and I would go back the next time I’m in Sun Valley we thank everybody who worked so hard to make this house the ideal vacation spot.😎⛷❄️🎄

Very Disappointing

We were so excited to stay at this home in Sun Valley and it was a total let down. The home inside and out was dirty and the advertised hot tub was unusable our entire stay - the water was disgusting and smelled moldy. The maintenance guy showed up at 7:30am on our day to checkout, it was so bad the maintenance guy had to drain and scrub the entire thing. Not acceptable. Upon arrival we had to message owner for more toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dish washer soap. almost every dish and pan we got out of the cabinet was dirty and needed to be washed before use. Not to mention they where a number of glasses cracked that someone could have easily cut them selves on. Grease all over the stove and hood of the oven. Outside trash bin was over flowing when we arrived, so had to leave trash bags in garage for several days. Kitchen sink faucet needs repaired. Back right burner on stove doesn't work. Mold in upstairs bathroom shower and water damage behind upstairs toilet. The upstairs was insufferably hot for my kids - had to go buy a fan to help - no fans in entire home. Cobwebs on the ceiling in the stairwell. Giant gash on bunkie board in upstairs bedroom. Garage is filthy - trash piles, could only park on one side of garage. All bikes had flat tires. We paid a lot of money for our stay and this was the worst experience we have had staying at a home through VRBO. Beware!!!

Great location! Perfect accommodations for our family, my mom was really looking forward to using the hot tub, one of the reasons we chose this place but the water was green and the hot tub dirty. But that was the only shortfall, we all had a great time!

Beautiful Stay close to the Slopes

This home is gorgeous and has PLENTY of space for a big group. It is less than 5 minutes to get to Baldy and only a few more minutes to get into Ketchum for dinner. We really enjoyed our short time at this property and are already trying to figure out a time to get back!

We have stayed here as a group of 10, 4 times. It is a great location with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of extra bedding, plenty of beds, kitchen is well stocked, very clean. Perfect for our weekend in Sun Valley.

Well priced

Kitchen was under stocked. This was the biggest issue. Rooms are smaller than they appear online but we all still felt comfortable in space. Great layout. Great location. Guest bedrooms are drafty. All in all we were happy woth the property and price.
