Beautiful craftsman style home (1300 sqft) in East Austin's "Rosewood" neighborhood. Our house is perfect for singles, families, groups, business travelers, and students.

We offer a stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, laundry room, spacious backyard deck, kids sandbox, and lovely front porch.

Located 1/2 block walk to the new Boggy Creek run, walk, bike path, a 5 minute walk to the MLK light rail train station, 2.5 miles to the University of Texas, 2. 5 miles to the heart of Congress St
