This rear area also boasts an outdoor fire, water wall and reflection deck and there is an outdoor hot shower and also an outdoor bath now with plumbed hot water.

Perfect for two families with space to spread out and do your own thing and the section is fully fenced so you can relax in the security that any little ones cant wander. There is off-street parking for two cars and additional cars can park on the road directly outside the property.
