Peaceful Holiday Villa with Large Pool Perfect for Families or Group of Friends

Enjoy the best of Seillans and its neighboring villages when you stay in this peaceful villa. Close proximity to great restaurants (Restaurant Chez Hugo, Hotel Restaurant des Deux Rocs, etc) , and things-to-do (only a 30-min drive to Lac de Saint-Casien where you can paddle board and go fishing, or learn how to cook or bake at the Institut Gastronomie Riviera, etc).

The property offers 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the main floor with 1 full bath, and 1 Master's apartment upstairs with ensuite, walk-in shower, and a balcony with a view). The kitchen and living area has a south exposure overlooking the large pool and uninterrupted view of the hillside. The grounds are dotted with olive trees and mature cypress trees.

We can easily accommodate 3 cars.

This property is perfect for families or a group of friends who would like to relax, unwind, and enjoy life in the South of France.

Un séjour au calme dans une belle région

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces extérieurs de la propriété et le calme du lieu. La cuisine telle qu’elle est configurée est un peu petite et mériterait d’être mieux organisée. La gérante est réactive et à répondu à nos questions et demandes.

Très belle propriété, avec une belle terrasse et une très grande piscine très bien entretenue.

Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. L'extérieur est clairement le point fort de la maison. Je recommande, ainsi que l'emplacement.

Belle propriété privée avec un accès aisé sans voisin direct. La piscine et la terrasse sont les atouts majeurs de ce logement que je recommande.
