Before I was even out of the airport I received a text message from one of my siblings. "This place is gorgeous, what a find." River House is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the confirmation email was detailed, and the gathering spaces, deck, and inside common areas for 8 active seniors, was perfect. You can't get a better location to Sequoia National Park. Dena was very supportive with my booking and the VRBO website. It was indeed "a find."

Incredible Place to stay!! Clean and Neat!! Every corner is detailed with modern functional furniture, appliances and beautiful decoration. Back patio outdoor view is amazing. Totally recommended.

We could not have asked for a better home base for our trek to Sequoia and kings canyon!! The beds were so comfortable, the hot tub was great, the kiddos LOVED playing in the river. We saw deer from the back porch. The owners had excellent communication and were wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a home base in this area, do not think twice- book this one! Also- Tony’s Greek food truck up the road was delicious and super convenient for an easy dinner after a day of exploring!

Nice updated air conditioned property. Kitchen had lots of basics like spices, oils and condiments. Comfortable foam beds. For our party of 7, there was a huge master suite removed from main living space plus another nice king room. Kids slept in room with two beds and queen room. Plenty of space for everyone.Great communication with host, had no problems during stay. Would definitely recommend this property.There were only two laundry pods supplied so we suggest bringing your own.

Great location and the house was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great water precious and heat in the house. The river in the back was a great treat for the kids as they spent hours playing in it. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The house is very clean and spacious with beautiful views, but the back patio had pollen all over the deck and furniture. It would be nice if the patio furniture would have been cleared of the polllen and leaves. The driveway also needs to be redone.

Property was easy to access. Interior finishes were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect. The only thing that needs to be remedied is that the bed in the master bedroom squeaked terribly.

This riverfront home was perfect for our 3-night visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon park. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the river, soaking in the hot tub, and making breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. Communication with Dena was perfect, responses to our questions came instantly. We would definitely stay here again!
