Bahia Vista 12-143 has amazing views from the patio of this ground-floor condo. Both the living/dining room and master bedroom sliding doors open to the balcony with a view of Isla Del Sol`s nicest pool with the Don CeSar and lively bay waters in the background. This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps five guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full-size bed, and a twin in the guest bedroom (via trundle pull-out). There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. (Kayak is unavailable to guests) Great location to walk out to the pool or the bay-side beach! The oversized patio and peaceful atmosphere will make this your favorite home away from home to relax, read, and watch the boats and dolphins go by. This unit has free North American long-distance, wireless internet, and free parking! During prime season, a 14-day minimum, Saturday arrival, and Saturday departure are required. Rental application has to be submitted to the condo association. You will need to provide your home address for the application.
Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida.

Please use the pool at your own risk. • The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage. • Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies. • Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY. • Do not feed seagulls from the property. • Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Beautiful area and layout, disappointed with workers, large equipment and constant construction
The stay would have been wonderful. However, the sliding doors were broken and locks didn't work. (Took a week to get them fixed). Workers and loud construction/painters from 8am-6pm. Views were obstructed by large cranes and lifts, property manager never called me after 2 requests. Claimed it was out of their control. I wouldn't have spent thousands of dollars to get a view of large equipment, workers and constant noise. Please communicate better with your customers and offer an alternative for the money paid.

Thank you for your feedback, Mary. On April 8th there is an email about the sliding glass doors in which you were emailing with Kyra. There was a bar that kept the door from being opened.
It was not that the unit could not be secured. There were no cranes in front of your building which would impede your view. There were cherry pickers working at the building next to yours but were not in the line with your view of the water.
Due to the holiday weekend email of April 8th, we could not get a vendor out. The order was placed on April 10th for a vendor to go out for the sliding glass doors.
We have checked emails and call logs and did not see any emails or phone calls that were not returned. We know you left a message for Hailey but she was off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so Monday was the earliest that she could get back to you or get someone out for the doors which she did. We do have that she talked to you on April 6th and April 10th. You are correct as the painting was not announced to us nor was a schedule given by the association. We are not in charge of the building but we are in charge of the unit. If you didn't talk to us then how would we be able to claim that it is out of our control? Please know - again - Resource Property Management manages the building for the association. We - Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals nor any other management company were given the schedule of work nor could we stop the work as we did not hire the contractors. We communicated as much information as we had.
