Seas the Day is a modern, pet-friendly beach house. The pristine, 5-kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach is short drive from the property, and offers beach-goers a selection of activities throughout the year. The stunning and historic town of 1770 is a short five minute drive away, and offers gorgeous fishing, boating and other such activities. Local shops & cafes in Agnes Water are five minutes away in the car. Up to two pets welcome, please get in touch, $80/pet/stay.
The Space:
Seas the Day offers a cozy retreat with its two queen bedrooms, complemented by a bedroom hosting two single beds, all furnished with linen, bath towels, and other essentials.
The accommodation features a well-appointed bathroom with shower, bath, and sink, along with a separate toilet room.
Guests can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge space complete with a TV, as well as a second lounge area furnished with a comfortable couch and additional TV.
The expansive undercover outdoor area beckons with a BBQ and ample seating, while a large lock-up garage provides storage and parking, accommodating even a small to medium-sized boat and featuring a ping pong table for added entertainment.
A laundry with washing machine ensures convenience throughout the stay.
Modern amenities include high-powered ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas.
The fully fenced yard welcomes pets for an additional fee, fostering a family-friendly atmosphere.
While Wi-Fi is not available, Seas the Day encourages guests to embrace the opportunity to unplug and unwind, though it's worth noting that Vodafone coverage may be limited in the area, and other mobile networks can be patchy.
Given the natural surroundings, guests should expect occasional visits from local wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds in the verandah and garden areas, enhancing the immersive experience of coastal living.

The area is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant market takes place between Agnes Water & 1770 every second Sunday morning.
Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 3 kilometres away.
