This home provides everything needed for the perfect getaway featuring three bedrooms with linen provided, fenced yard, plenty of boat parking, family pet is welcome plus it's close to everything Agnes Water & 1770 offers.
A Stylish beach home available for holiday letting in the town center of Agnes Water & perfectly located with just a simple walk to all town amenities including Agnes water main beach. Park the car & enjoy an easy holiday with the kids by the beach.
This home is very private with surrounding sub-tropical palm fringed gardens, grass areas for the kids plus the family pet can stay too. Bring the tinny or reef boat as there's loads of boat parking, perfect for taking advantage of the surrounding water ways & seaside lifestyle. There's plenty of alfresco entertaining areas to enjoy evenings by the outside fire pit or BBQ with family & friends . Wash off under the outdoor shower after your busy day on the beach or perhaps a trip to The Great Barrier Reef departing from Town of 1770 marina only 5km away.

Lovely

House was nice and we'll appointed. Noticed that there were no towel racks in the bathroom. A cockroach nest in the peg bag and roaches in the bathroom. We missed complimentary tea and coffee. I didn't personally stay at the residence these things were noted by the people that did stay there.

Needs a good clean

Things are only cleaned around not moved . Behind a bedside table was so much fluff and a tampon. Tracks in sliding doors had cobwebs and small spiders. Kids finger prints on surfaces that should of been wiped. Outside furniture all over place but not on lounge . No towel rail to dry towels.

Perfect family getaway

Really felt like a home away from home - particularly as our doggies could join us! All the comforts of home. We also loved the boardgames :) We will 100% be back.

A Week in October

The property description was apt. The lockable verandah was useful for the dogs - the overall yard was excellent. No dogs allowed inside. The kitchen could have had better quantity cooking utensils eg pots with lids and more salad bowls etc. Not enough to cook for a house that can sleep 6. We did watch the dvd’s provided as the tv reception was intermittent. To be clear no wifi and no Vodafone coverage. Do take all your own coffee, tea, sugar, condiments as it isn’t included in the welcome pack. All Other issues were mentioned to property management upon returning the keys - I hope they take our comments on board and make the next guests stay better. This is a nice place to stay in but with a little thought could have been so much more.

The property is clean and well appointed. The location is in a quiet street, set in tropical bushland, very private. For a 3 bedroom house, it does only have one bathroom. Other than that, it is very much worth the money. Recommended...

Great house for a lovely holiday

We had a great time at Agnes and really enjoyed our stay at this house. We loved using the backyard for some drinks around the firepit. Really appreciated that this house was pet friendly and our dog could join us on this trip away
