Beautiful apartment duplex mountain spirit, in chalet on the 3rd floor (no elevator), typical mountain area, cottage sector (Route du petit plan), very quiet, 5 minutes walk from shops.

We leave and go back to skiing! We are located at the foot of the green track called "demoiselle", which gives access to both sides by 2 chairlifts "Little Needles" and "Coast". Close to shops and restaurants (300m)

This was the only place I found with 3 big beds in 3 bedrooms for 3 guys - although one is in the eaves! A lovely flat right on a piste that takes you to chairlifts that take you up either side of the town. Perfect at the end of the day too as you ski/snowboard straight down to the garage!10 mins from shops and 20 mins from the bars - except for a lovely little bar just down the road (Sunweb Hotel). Easy to chat to the very helpful owner directly via the Vrbo app for things like WiFi code, linen arrangements etc. - the management company were usually quite slow in coming back.If you want towels and bedding, make sure you arrange it beforehand with the management company - it's a little extra per person but an essential, I'd say.All in all, it was the perfect flat for us! Comfy beds, good location, quiet, convenient and beautifully fitted out. A great place for 6 people but even better for 3 big guys!

Skiurlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Piste, in der Nebensaison muss man mit dem Skibus fahren oder 15 Min laufen. Der Skibus in Les2Alpes fährt zumindest in der Nebensaison zu selten und ist morgens überfüllt. Die Station bergauf nehmen, dann kommt man noch rein. Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stocke, der Skikeller in -1, es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber ein breites Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Wenn man über 1,80 ist stößt man sich allerdings überall den Kopf! Viel Spaß in Les2Alpes, wir hatten einen tollen Skiurlaub hier!

Ideaal gelegen appartement aan de piste. Op loopafstand van de winkels. Goed te doen met 6 volwassenen. Slaapkamers beneden zijn ten opzichte van elkaar erg gehorig. Als er iemand douche lijkt het of degene in de slaapkamer staat van de ander. Verder prima. Staat van alles in voldoende serviesgoed e.d.

Appartement confortable pour ses 3 chambres et ses 2 salles de bain. Situé au calme, un peu à l'ecart. Accès au centre de la station en 15mn à pied. Possible egalement et facilement en navette en 5mn ou directement par les pistes via le télésiège petite aiguille.

Superbe séjour. L'appartement est bien agencé jusqu'à 6 personnes. Le casier à ski est un peu exigu pour tout le matériel, l'accès à pied au centre un peu compliqué, mais l'accès à la navette est assez facile.

le logement était agréable mais nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été avertis en amont des soupentes nombreuses. l'étroitesse ainsi formée menaçait nos déplacements. En effet, mon conjoint s'est blessé avec un angle d'une poutre. Peut-être modifier vos photos de location pour éviter un autre incident.

Schickes kleines Appartment in TOP Lage!! Gute Grundausstattung, bequeme Doppelbetten.

Hallo zusammen Meinen einwöchigen Urlaub in Les 2 Alpes habe ich in dieser Ferienwohnung (Le Balcon des Pistes) durchaus genossen. Schickes, zweistöckiges Appartment mit guter Grundausstattung (Möbel, Haushaltsgeräte, Teller, Besteck usw.) und bequemen Doppelbetten. Die einzelnen Zimmer empfand ich als relativ klein (kleiner als auf den Bildern), dafür ist jedoch die Lage im Ort absolut TOP! Sehr ruhige Lage, eine der vielen Skipisten direkt vor der Haustür! Keine edle Wohnung, Preis/Leistung dafür aber absolut TOP. Würde hier sehr gerne erneut buchen, durchaus empfehlenswert. Schöne Grüsse aus der Schweiz! Christian

Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et attentifs à nos demandes.L'accueil de Sandrine est très chaleureux.superbe appartement. Seul bemol: la localisation qui ne correspond pas à celle indiquée via maps sur le site mais qui reste très très intéressante puisque au pied des pistes. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui aiment le ski et le confort.

APPARTEMENT IDEALEMENT SITUE ET TRES CONFORTABLE

Appartement spacieux et joliment décoré, équipement parfait. Accueil chaleureux de Sandrine qui nous a remis les clefs et très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont très réactifs. l'appartement est très bien situé à l'entrée de la station. la terrasse donne sur un parking arrière. résidence calme. rapport qualité prix très compétitif compte tenu des 3 chambres avec lits 2 places. appartement propre. l'accueil était parfait. le resto "le trappeur" au milieu de la station est très bien. En face "le comptoir de Mathilde " est incontournable.

Les +: pied des pistes, de la piste de ski qui passe devant le chalet accès rapide et facile à toutes les pistes/ remontées de la station (par télésiège petite aiguille), aux points de rassemblement des écoles de ski et au domaine d'altitude. Bonne literie. Les -: pendant notre séjour, l'accès au local à skis par le garage n'était pas possible (la clé ne fonctionnait pas) => un peu compliqué, pas de système pour stocker les chaussures de ski bien au sec dans le local à ski => nous les avons remontées tous les soir pour éviter qu'elles ne soient trop humides le matin.

Parfait pour un séjour au ski !

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Appartement en très bon état et vraiment bien équipé. La situation idéale avec une piste verte qui passe à 5 mètres du garage est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petits bémols cependant qui font perdre une étoile : la gestion des clés et état des lieux par une société sur place qui est malheureusement débordée, certainement victime de son succès (retard de 25 minutes à l'état des lieux de départ, peu de choix d'horaires...). Il y a une chambre qui est très mansardée où un adulte ne tient pas debout (1m65). Idéale pour des enfants mais nous étions 5 grands adultes. Hormis cela, parfait pour skier dans un coin calme de la station. Encore merci !
