The Space:

Beautiful & well-appointed 5 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home & a NEW outdoor shower! Excellent water access on Little Torch Key via Pine Channel, just minutes to the open Atlantic & short ride to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary. Double lot with 120-foot seawall. Large outside sitting and dining area. Gas grill. Plenty of parking. Water access via Pine Channel, one bridge with 17-foot clearance. Fish cleaning station and water and power at dock. Pool with a heater/chiller available for a monthly charge of about $400.



Walk into the home to a dining table, kitchen to the right with a large seating area. Half bathroom/laundry room by the sliding glass door leading to the pool. Sitting area to the base of the stairs leading to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs. Through kitchen, second living room area with a large flat screen TV. Internet TV viewing options via smart TV & basic cable. Primary bedroom next with a king bed, en-suite bath, flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom off the kitchen with a Queen. Brand new outdoor shower added in March 2023.



Bedrooms consist of 1 kings, 3 queens and a full bed with twin trundle. All guest rooms have flat screen smart TVs.



This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people (including children), and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Well behaved doggo’s (2 maximum) allowed upon approval – pet fee $150 per pet.  There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.



Please check the calendar for availability. rentals normally start on 1st day of the month to the last day of the month, no same day check out check in. Exceptions of reservation start date not on the 1st of the month will be considered when the reservation is less than 45 days away. We require at least 24 hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
