We are only 3-4 minutes away from all shops, bars, restaurants, boat pier and other atractions. Just 1 minute away from riverside, very calm and silence location. Our house is always very clean, sanitised, ironed linens and towels (washing on 60 degrees for 4 hours.)

Lovely little apartment

Very comfortable property ideal for 3 of us . Very close to town . Lovely garden and pool and nice shady verandah with table and chairs. Nuray the owner was very welcoming she also made us some delicious walnut cake all in all very pleased with the property

Lovely apartment - very well situated

I liked this apartment. It is well situated. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms. The single bathroom is fine - the shower is good. It is well equipped - both the dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There is a verandah area to sit outside. The area is quite quiet - there is some noise every afternoon as there is a coach park nearby and they start their engines to get the airconditioning etc. There is also the lovely noise of the water taxis going up and down the river. The owners are lovely - they live next door and provided olives, great olive oil, water melon etc. Very quick walk into the centre of Dalyan. The pool is small but quite deep and good for swimming short lengths. I would be back in a flash.
