**This villa is equipped with a generator that automatically engages when there is a power outage on the island. Power outages are frequent occurrences on St John.

We are the Scott’s; we own and manage our 9 properties on St. John all under the brand “St John Resort Villas”, ranging from a secluded studio cottage to an ultra-luxury 7-bedroom villa high atop exclusive Peter Bay on the North Shore. With our dedicated staff, you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever!! In addition, we offer rental vehicles-you can pick the car/s of your choice on our website after you book, and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive at your vacation property, keys in the kitchen. Also, we offer land/sea transfers and boat excursions around St John or to the British Virgin Islands..
We offer service and convenience as you’ve never experienced before on the island!!

St John's premiere luxury Villa, is located on the sandy beach just steps from the crystal clear blue sea. On the beach, we have complimentary kayaks, stand up paddle boards & snorkeling gear for your use and life jackets of various sizes.
There are no strong winds or rough water!
Snorkeling is amazing, and this is one of the best spots on the island to see sea turtle and lot of amazing colorful fish!

*The villa is only about a 5-minute drive to Cruz Bay Town and just minutes to the grocery stores.

*We have our own vehicle rentals available, choose the SUV you want and it will be at the villa upon your arrival. No tedious paperwork to fill-out or lines to stand in; everything is conveniently done through our website.

*We offer optional luxury transfers from airport beachfront to the villa.
Also, boating excursions with a pick up and drop off just outside the villa.

Shangrila Villa says it all! The villa was incredible, very clean, perfect location, wonderful property. Would absolutely rent this villa again. It is a property and location that you have to experience for yourself to fully understand. I just don’t have the words other than it is even better than the pictures. The villa also had all the amenities you would want and being beachfront & pool was unbeatable.

Amazing week in St John

We really enjoyed our trip to St John. The Shangri La Villa was perfect!!! Beautiful and fully stocked with anything you may need in terms of appliances, games, wireless outdoor speaker and more. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect end to our days exploring the island. A boat charter is a must. We swam with turtles in Salt Pond bay and enjoyed the best snorkeling along the rocks (better than Trunk Bay).

Wonderful property!

The property fit our family so nicely. The pool, hot tub, beach and availability of kayaks, paddle boards as well as beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach was so convenient. Such a great addition to the beautiful villa. Highly recommended for large families.

Family Fun

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful two weeks on St John, and Villa Shangri La was the perfect place to stay! It was well equipped, both inside and out. The location was close to grocery stores, downtown, Mongoose Junction and a lot of the beaches. There was so much to do right there at the villa: great snorkeling in the bay, kayaking, paddle boarding, along with playing on the beach and in the pool. The convenience of renting cars right through them was so much easier! Megan and Pete were so helpful, with that and any questions we had. We will definitely rent again, when we make it back!!!

The Premier Place

The property is gorgeous with plenty of amenities. The beach is steps away with 8 lounge chairs waiting for you. There are kayaks, long boards and life jackets located next to them. All snorkeling gear, beach chairs, rolling coolers, umbrellas are provided. The pool and hot tub have multiple options that are just a click away. The outdoor table seats over 12 and there are bar chairs to sit and look over the beach. Inside is a piece of heaven. Everything you can ask for and more. There is a large table, bar seats, smaller table and a breakfast nook. A coffee machine and Keuig are available. Lots of dishes, cups, wine glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans. There is even a stocked spice rack. Very large seating area with a large TV we never used. Also, in every room there is a TV. We stayed in the Master Suite. Wow! It was very large with a comfy bed, plenty of pillows and room to unpack. The closet is supersized with a ton of hangers. The Master Bathroom has a deep tub that overlooks Chocolate Hole, and a roomy shower. . Private toilet which was super important to me. It is a large counter space with a large vanity and seat. This place could not be any more perfect. We didn’t have many questions because there was a book with all the information you need. We took the boat transportation which was worth the money. They pulled in to Chocolate Hole dropped off our luggage and we were treated, and felt like, VIPS.

4 piece and a biscuit!

Everything we needed and more. The home was beautiful, well appointed and steps from the beach with infinity pool and massive adjacent hot tub. Multiple snorkeling gear was provided and the showers all had large bottles of body wash shampoo and cream rinse. All of the bathrooms were huge, although I do wish they had doors on them. The view was incredible and we would have had a great time even if we had never left the property. Plenty of room for our group of 11.

Grand Luxury on the Beach!!

We loved our stay at Shangri-La and were so impressed with this brand new villa! The views are breathtaking and the villa itself is modern, spacious and high-end! No detail was spared on both the design and all the amenities the place has to offer. The owners also provide exceptional service and truly cared about making our visit top notch. This was our first time to St John’s and now know that Chocolate Hole in particular is the place to stay. The snorkeling is the best on the island (based on going to 4 different spots) and Shangri-La provides every piece of equipment, from paddle boards to kayaks to snorkeling gear! We have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely a 5-star villa that I highly recommend!

ULTRA-LUXURY in every way!!!

Shangri-La villa is even more spectacular than the pictures!! Grand, elegant and refined for the most selective tastes! I can't say enough about this wonderful villa and it's beachfront, very private location; truly a dream vacation! We're an active and we were very spoiled having everything right at the villa; kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear and the beautiful infinity pool and huge jacuzzi. Everything was wonderful!! The views of the Caribbean Sea throughout the villa were as my daughter would say "to die for." Sunsets by the pool-outstanding!!! We loved the owners and staff who assisted us with the best vacation experience we've ever had on St John. There really is nothing on the island that compares to how spectacular this villa is!! We'll be back!

WOW!! BEYOND our expectations!!!

Shangri-La Villa over exceeded what we could ever imagine a villa on St John could ever be; elegant, refined and beautifully appointed. We've traveled worldwide, this was was one of the most grand places we've ever stayed!! Everyone had an amazing time!! The location was spectacular, the sunsets were amazing! Sitting out on the patio, swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, the Caribbean Water is in direct view! The views everywhere whether outside or inside were just amazing! There were kayaks, SUPS and snorkeling gear that we all enjoyed. This was an amazing place; a great escape from our busy life in the city. The owners are marvelous people who helped us tremendously with planning! We all recommend this villa and we'll be planning another vacation here again!

Yes, that is a lot of villas on the island; it genuinely attests to our love of St John!! We love the quiet calm and natural beauty of the island!! It's a very special place with an enchanting town, gentle green hillsides, and crystal clear, turquoise blue tropical water.

We first started coming to the island as a couple in 2011 and rented various accommodations. After many frequent trips to the island, we decided that it's time to buy our own place; somewhere we can call home and that would encompass what we loved about our frequent stays. Waterfront, directly on the water was what we both loved and that was our number one criterion when searching. We saw Lime in de Coconut Villa advertised and immediately fell in love with it and bought it right then. All our family love the island and at our family gatherings, there's always a great story or fabulous memory shared. It's everyone's favorite place to vacation!! St. John is a magical piece of this earth full of amazing blessings from God and nature. We loved the villa so much that we got married at Lime In De Coconut in 2017!

In renting our villa we found that all of our guests loved the villa and we kept hearing time and time again it was there best ever vacation. It was from this that we decided to expand this into a little business and started to look for the perfect properties on St. john. We want all our guests to Love St John and have the best vacation possible as we do. We know you will catch the feel good vibes of the island and our villas too! This is our escape from reality-haaaa!!

Come on down have some fun and relaxation and when done take away memories of a life!
