The Space:

Experience true Caribbean open-air living featuring magnificent native stone arches that frame a picture-perfect view of the Caribbean Sea—perfect for dramatic sunsets and unforgettable stargazing. The villa offers polished concrete floors, a spacious modern gourmet kitchen, and a beautifully designed primary bathroom with his-and-her vanities and a soaking tub—ideal for unwinding after a fun-filled day on the island.



The primary bedroom features a new Tempur-Pedic king bed, an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, and an open hanging area for clothes in the bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms with en-suite baths. One is located on the main level with a Tempur-Pedic king bed, and the other is on the lower level with two twin beds that can be converted into a king, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. 🌴



Guest Access:

BOOKVI will arrange for a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in, provide a brief tour of the property, answer any questions about the home, and share helpful insights about the island. Check-in arrangements are tailored to your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the area to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival. 🌴



The Neighborhood:

With spacious decks and a large saltwater pool—which is gentler on your eyes, skin, and the environment—the villa offers the perfect vantage point to take in the spectacular views. From here, you can enjoy sweeping panoramas of Great Cruz Bay Harbor, across the Pillsbury Sound to St. Thomas, and onward to the surrounding islands and cays, all while watching the endless Caribbean sunsets.



On especially clear days, you can even spot Vieques and the distant mountains of Puerto Rico on the horizon. 🌴



This beautifully landscaped island home, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, is just minutes from Cruz Bay’s shops, restaurants, and beach bars, and a short drive to the famous North Shore beaches of St. John.



For your beach adventures, Arc du Soleil provides several beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and soft-sided coolers, making it easy to enjoy relaxing days exploring the island’s stunning beaches. 🌴



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies, and we also have a few villa vehicles available for guests when available.

Other Things to Note:

All Guests will receive a contract for signature for terms and conditions. Once your flight is booked, we ask that you please provide your flight information so we can help plan a smooth arrival and transfer from the airport on St Thomas.



We can assist with arranging private transportation from the airport to the villa, private taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services. Guests can expect a few emails to help with your vacation planning. We look forward to welcoming you to St. John!

Arc Du Soleil is managed by BOOKVI, an island concierge service that is readily available to assist with guest needs — whether it’s dinner reservations, boat charters, or rental gear for your beach adventures.
