The house was fantastic! The amenities it provided made the entire vacation easy. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and coolers made beach trips seamless. The location to town was priceless along with sunsets on the deck.

This house has amazing views and is located very well to the restaurants and shops in Cruz Bay, while still being very private and quiet! George was a great host and guided us to the house and checked in during our stay to see how everything was. House was well equipped with everything you would need!

The house was amazing and the views were so gorgeous! However, this visit was the first time in visiting St John (over 15 years) where we experienced frequent power outages throughout the week. This house is perfect with the exception of not having a generator or solar batteries. We had power loss for more than 24 hours one day with 2-3 additional periods of multiple hours of power loss. This resulted in loss of some groceries and a few very hot nights without fan or AC use. Thankfully the pool was good for cooling off at night. If a generator or solar battery backup were available for this place, I would not hesitate to come back.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this villa. The location is great in close proximity to Cruz Bay but still very private. The view is outstanding. George the property manager is very responsive.

Our stay was great! The property was as described and the views are amazing. The host and property managers were so kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was wonderful. Convenient location to town and the grocery store and the drive time to the beaches was reasonable! I highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay at Sea Cruz

Loved our stay at the Sea Cruz, spectacular views off the balcony, amazing sunsets! This house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, close to town and all the great beaches. George was very helpful, meeting us as we arrived and welcoming us to the Sea Cruz property.

Paradise

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable and had a phenomenal view. We enjoyed afternoons in the pool and all the beach amenities available to use. George the property manager was a great communicator and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place, amazing view, wonderful pool, all the kitchen items and comfortable and felt safe.

Beautiful home in a convenient location. Manager George was there to help us find the home and always responsive to any questions we had. Hope we can return soon!

2 best parts of the stay were veranda/view and the efficient AC. Next 2 were the location(close to everything) and pool after long days out(it is small but deep and we loved jumping in and watching the sun set). Know that the road to the villa is very steep so rely on mirror at the entrance. The outdoor fan was great for keeping mosquitoes (Caribbean given pest) away. Very clean and landscaping was so nice. We have been coming to ST John since 2010 and if they had the downstairs ready, we would stay when we bring the older children/ spouses again. George(host) was fantastic. Goats on the road were funny(For morning exercise I walk on waterklip road and encountered them everyday) Views outstanding and relaxing.

Amazing views -- impeccable property

I can't say enough about the views!!! This is, by far, the best property in terms of sunset views and views in general. Additionally, the home is clean and George is TOP NOTCH when it comes to property managers! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!!
