Appartement grand confort RDC de 80 m2 dans résidence calme et arborée, située dans le centre de Cassis, orienté plein sud, à 5mn à pied de la plage de la Jetée et du port, composé d’un petit jardin et d’une terrasse, de trois chambres, un salon salle à manger et cuisine américaine, salle de douche et WC indépendant.
Une chambre avec un lit double 160 x 190, et deux chambres avec deux lits 90 x 190.
Cuisine équipée avec vaisselle, machine à laver la vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, deux frigidaires et un congélateur, four électrique, 4 feux (gaz), four micro ondes, grille pain et machine à café Nespresso (apporter vos capsules), écran plat, lecteur DVD.

South-facing apartment on the ground floor of a calm condominium in dowtown Cassis, ideally located just five minutes’ walk from the beach and the sea port.
The apartment, which can sleep up to 8 people, measures 80sqm. It offers an open-plan kitchen/living room, ideal for entertaining, opening onto the terrace and garden, allowing for lots of natural light to flow in.
There is a private car park but no allocated spot.
A bus stop is located just 50m away, going towards Marseille, while the bus stop to the train station is 150m away.

Large dining table with 6 chairs. One two-seater sofa and one four-seater sofa with lots of cushions. TV and DVD player provided.

Kitchen
Small but fully equipped kitchen, with an oven and a hob, a microwave, 2 fridges & 1 freezer, a dish washer and a washing machine. There are also a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own capsules)
Bedrooms
One double bedroom (mattress size160x190) with large chest of drawers, bedside tables and a large window. The second bedroom has twin beds (90x190 each), a chest of drawers, the third bedroom has a convertible sofa (which can be split into two single beds) and chest of drawers.
Bathroom
Ensuite shower room with shower and a wash basin, separate WC.
Bedsheets and towels supplied.
Strictly non-smoking property. Animals (pets of any kind) are prohibited.

Très bien situé et équipé

Gîtes très bien situé. Très près du centre-ville et du port, mais dans une résidence calme. Heureusement car l'insonorisation est très mauvaise. La propriétaire et la voisine qui s'occupe de l'accueil sont très gentilles et donnent des bons conseils. Côté équipement, il y a à peu près tout. Petit jardin parfait pour les petits enfants. Vue sur le château de Cassis. Super séjour.

Séjour détente

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien situé et confortable. La mer et les commerces à deux pas nous ont permis de nous passer de voiture pendant la semaine pour profiter du charme de Cassis. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a prodigué plein de conseils avant notre arrivée.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Danielle qui habite la résidence. L emplacement du logement est idéal car juste à côté du centre ville. Très belle région. Par contre, il n y a pas de place de parking réservé donc il y a rarement de la place. Les logements manquent d isolation sonore.

Nice holiday in Cassis

We had very nice stay in this apartment in Cassis, which is conveniently located in more flat part of the city, just few minutes on foot from the center. The property is comfortable and well equipped, it could probably benefit from some modern redecoration, but since everything is clean and convenient, it’s not a problem. Outside dining area is very nice and shaded and there is a view on a castle. Parking is a bit of a hustle, especially in case of events, so best not to move your car much. We can definitely recommend.

Agréable séjour dans un appartement très confortable au centre de Cassis.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement, est au calme, mais très proche du port. La terrasse et le rez de jardin nous ont permis de profiter du beau temps. Merci pour l'accueil et les explications données pour profiter de notre séjour.
